The core issue is language, not attitude or lack of love or concern. Language provides many areas of ambiguity. It isn't a matter of hardening your heart, but rather of ackowledging that there is ambiguity and seeking to understand. the english language, language in general can't be fixed here on these forums.

When words have different meanings; when words have different associations for each person, it is simply impossible to avoid.

The best we can do is what, I believe, you called becoming desensitize; what I would call being slow to judge. If I wasn't on my phone I'd lookup a proverb, but guess my own words will have to suffice! :)

Didn't mean to ignore your post. It was 1 AM when I finished my response to Ritter and I was zonked. :) I had to get up at 5 AM...zzzzzzzzzzzz I've had my sweet tea now. :)

My mom always tells me hurting people hurt others, healthy people help others. Anyone who says mean and nasty things to you obviously has a whole set of issues of their own, and there not even worth listning to.

This is just sad to hear, A thread based on an incomplete quote...Anyway Zero and Nod you don't have to leave. Slander me as much as you want. I have leaned to broaden my shoulders.


And I won't start a farewell thread as there is no one who will miss me...

I just hope Christian lifestyle is not like this around the world....To start a thread over something i didn't insinuate .


I'm sorry you were bullied and all that Zero but you are not going well about airing your grievances.

I felt compelled to leave on this note:

Maybe the elevation of members to senior status should be based on spiritual maturity, in my humble opinion ( as if anyone cares).
When did rebukes with love turn into bullying.

Some of the discourse on here appears less spiritually immature, with all due respect.


But hey who am I, just a "compulsive liar".

I really am at the wrong place for real.

The LORD said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”
