The story of the lion and the mouse (a different remixed version)
Author: Unknown
Once upon a time,
there was this Lion who wandered the Savannah,
he had a thorn stuck in his paw and was in so much pain.
He begged and begged the other animals to pull it out.
The animals did not dare because he was a lion.
One day a mouse wandered by the Lion and the lion cried,
"please pull this thorn out of my paw and I will be your friend
and I will protect and love you always.."
The mouse said: "No way! You're a lion! Your just gonna eat me alive.."
He walks away..
A couple days later..
The lion's foot was turning blue, he seen the mouse:
"Hey! Please oh please save me from this pain and I will find you
so much cheese the rest of your life, and I will protect you forever!
I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you!"
The mouse shook his head: "Ehem...your a Lion, and that is a thorn
you can pull that out yourself with your teeth...obviously!
You really don't need me to do that.."
The mouse walks away feeling a little guilty, hearing the lion whimper in pain.
The mouse felt a little guilty but he walks on, noticing the other animals
scoff and gossip about how selfish the mouse acted...
The mouse looked down.. "Well...maybe tomorrow.."
The mouse returned and the Lion looked up excited and happily to see the mouse
who bravely walked toward the lion.
The mouse walked over to the Lion. "Okay I'll pull the thorn out then you
will not owe me a thing, I'm in a good mood today, and I don't like seeing you in so much
pain...I'll pull the thorn out of your paw and that will be that."
The Lion grinned, "Oh Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou!"
The Mouse pulled the thorn out of his paw and suddenly the paw turned a normal color,
The Lion happily sighed.
"Thankyou so much! I'm so happy you came over, I have been waiting for you to come to me
all this time!"
The brave sweet little mouse tilted its head and smiled. "oh and why is that?" The mouse
was feeling comfortable around the lion, and felt they were now friends.
The lion ate the mouse whole and that was the end.
- The End-
The moral of this story is...
"Never trust a Lion cause he's a Lyin." hehe~
