NOTE: This is a story of inspiration, and one that will demostrate what true faith is. I venture to say from the onset that most are blinded and cannot percieve the faith of Abraham, nor the faith that was once delivered to the Saints. It is my hope and prayer that those that read this story will consider what is written before they respond in any negative sense, or to expound a doctrine point of veiw. Please for the sake of YHVH and our Elohim Yeshua, understand the spirit by which this story is meant.

KEEPING THE FAITH

In the days of Nazi Germany there were many that was imprisoned in the death camps, it just wasn't Jews, but Germans, and all manner of nationalities from all over Europe. But todays topic has to do with the Jews which suffered untold misery at the hands of cruel Nazi's.

Many do not realize to the extent by which this cruelty was extended, such as but not limited to... removal of their gold teeth, being skinned alive and their skin made into lamp shades, book covers, or anything else that could be sold for the sake of novelty.

But what is especially heart rending, is the story of young Jewish mother and her fight to keep the faith that is so near and dear to the majority of Jews everywhere; in those days the German Nazi's took great delight in going into the crowded, flea infested filth of hastily built barracks, wheras there was hardly any room to stand or to comfortly lay down, and they would take the children that was newly born and thrust them threw with a dagger.

Such wailing and extreme sorrow, the very hope of a continued prosperity suddenly snuffed out so instantly.

But this young jewish mother was bound and determined to follow the Torah, so that her little boy would not be cut off from his people. You see in the Jewish faith every male child was to be circumcised, or else they would be cut off from all the benefits of the Faith of Abraham and those things that belonged to their heritage.

This sweet mother was witness to countless others who lost their sons to the Nazi's. She soon came to the conclusion that she and her son would not survive, but she would not depart from this life before her son was circumcised.

As you would guess, there was nothing sharp allowed in the camps, so she was faced with a the real possibility of losing her son from the faith that was near and dear. So she took cloth fragments and wrapped her baby in them, she took extra special caution to keep him silent as to not alert the Nazi's.

Finally she could no longer hide her son, and there was nothing sharp to use; so she took her little boy to the field where she worked and saw this German Officer, she went up to him and said...

Give me your knife!!! He stood there speechless as he spotted the child in the filthy rags that were now opened exposing a naked and dirty child. Finally in an act so desperate she reached forth and took the knife from the officer and circumcised her son right before him.

She gave him back the knife as she declared that her little boy will not be cut off from his people... NOW she said do with him as you wish, I have fulfilled the commandment!

This is what it means to keep the faith, to obey God. Yeshua said: I will show you who it is that loves me... he who hears my WORDS and does them. Are you keeping the faith???

boys are circumcised on the 8th day after their birth. if she truly kept Torah she would not have to rush and do it.

In addition circumcision is of the HEART not of the flesh that counts.

I am well aware of the fact that a male child had to be circumcised on the 8th day. Besides you really missed the point, for true faith will demostrate its love for God by obedience.

At least you could have considered the content of what is said and avoid the gainsaying spirit of the Pharisees. This Mother's love for God and others demostrated in the face of hate the length, depth, and width of what it is to have faith.

Prophecyman, even though I didn't go through the concentration camps, I have friends who did. And even though some choose to make ignorant and negative comments. I am so deeply touched by you posting this, I am fighting tears as I write this. This is what it is to believe in the promises of YHVH. This is real faith. Thank you for this, it has blessed my heart and touched my soul.
YHVH bless you my friend.

I have deep sorrow for those who suffered the holocaust and any other genocide. however, the lies does not help make the story to be believable and implies its an invention of someone's mind. I'm sure if you looked you could find true stories that display TRUE Faith instead of believing a lie someone made up.

the story is vague. no mention of the town or even the country. its details what there is of it does not line up with what would have happened with a Jewish woman who was truly following the Torah.

therefore it is more likely imagination then historical fact.

where did you hear the story? who testifies to its truth?

It is very dangerous to call a man of God a liar, to briefly answer your heartless and foolish question, it came from another man of God who is annointed. I shared as much as I could by memory and no details were left out purposely.

I do forgive you, but this is the last time I will answer your foolish questions. its best to go our own ways and pursue peace.

Prophecyman, it's pretty sad when someone would rather spend the time to actually call something false, then to see the true depth of YHVH's love and promise through it. It gives you a clear picture of where their heart is. Someone who would rather question something so powerful, than to be blessed by it. Blessings, Shalom

you can question my heart all you want but God knows it and judges it not men.

the title of the thread is "a Story of True faith"

It talks about fleshy circumcision as if the woman had not asked for the knife and cut the babies flesh the baby would not have had any part with God. which is not truth but a lie.

This is a false belief:

"so that her little boy would not be cut off from his people. You see in the Jewish faith every male child was to be circumcised, or else they would be cut off from all the benefits of the Faith of Abraham and those things that belonged to their heritage."

It contradict the Gospel message of Jesus. IF you want to praise it and condone it as "true" faith. that is your choice.

I choose to believe God and His words which tell me that ALL those babies are in Heaven with Him not just the one who was circumcised.

Matthew 19:14
But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

Romans 2:27-29
New King James Version (NKJV)
27 And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, judge you who, even with your written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law? 28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.

I don't want to cause any problems, but do you Jewish guys understand what dispersing your people was all about? Do you understand the methods that God may have incorporated to chasten His people who had rebelled against Him. You have the scriptures of the prophets and they are many concerning what God would do to His people that rebelled. These methods were from YHWH and they were very grievous and extremely cruel. Do you think when Israel went into their Babylonian captivity that they did not experience some very cruel treatment by the Babylonians, if you do not think so just ask Ezra and Nehemiah.

Has Israel been dispersed ever since and has God stop chastening them that have remained in unbelief and rebellion against their own Messiah who came unto them and they rejected? Don't think that whatever has happened to Israel and the Jews, no matter how tragic or filled with calamity, that it has not been from the Lord. We may have empathy, but it was from the Lord and will be until the time of the great tribulation.

Personally, I would not do anything intentionally to mistreat any member of the nation of Israel or Jewish person or even a Gentile. Nevertheless, they are still in rebellion, unbelief and they have an obstinate ans stubborn heart against the Messiah that had come. BTW - You should use the name Jesus more than Yeshua because you are member of the body of Christ. Put the fact that you might be of Israel and Jewish on the shelf for awhile and be a member of the body of Christ and worship our Lord Jesus Christ by that name so that others can glorify our Father in heaven. It won't kill you are cause you any shame if you use the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and you just might edify the body when you do.

Red, just when I think you couldn't possibly say anything more ignorant than you have before, you do this. You have got to be kidding. As I will never say that using the name Jesus is wrong, since I have no problem using it when needed. But I will always choose to call Him by His REAL name. You really have out done yourself this time in looking really foolish and uneducated. Here I'll help you, the letter J didn't exist until about 400/500 yrs. ago. See, now you just learned something new.
The best way to edify the body, is to use His REAL name.

Prophacy man, thankyou for sharing this.
My neighbor never lost her faith, or failed to keep the covanent.
Even thought when the nazis took her family, grabbing the infant from her sister's arms, swinging her child and smashing it's head into the wall.
She lost all of her family, except for one sister, and yet never spoke a cruel or angry word in all the years I knew her.
Even when some from our neighborhood threw rocks at their windows, smashing them, and yelled horrible anti jew words at her.
She continued to be a soft spoken and gentle person, honoring God and the covenant she believed in.
She never chastised me for trying to bring her son to Jesus either. :)
She spoke gently, saying that she honored God as her family had for generations.

I wonder sometimes how we would stand in faith, if any of us had suffered as she had.
I pray in Jesus that our faith will stand the test as her's did.

In Jesus, God bless

You are one of the most mocking and ridiculing posters on this site when you want to be. Why is that? You have a difficult time from refraining your tongue and stopping it from sinning. You will even charge me from being of the devil and try to get away with it. If you want to speak and communicate in the Hebrew language to those that would understand it, you can use Yeshua all you want and you should. But when you are communication in a universal language such as English and with others that need to understand in their own language you need to use the name of JESUS and/or translated in other languages and not the name Yeshua. I can't make it any simpler than that. It's not ignorance, just common sense that honors God.

When it come to speaking to one another in the body of Christ you should use the name JESUS, no matter how that name came to be and no matter what you think of it, you should use it because in the name of 'JESUS', people will know and understand who you are speaking of. You have to be humble to use that letter 'J' and you and others do not want to use it. Do you use the name Cepheus or Peter when referring to that apostle? I believe that in your mind you use the name 'Yeshua' because you deeply feel and have the conviction that it honors God more than the name of 'JESUS'. I disagree with you 100% on that basis and believe you to be partial and slightly puffed up.

More people of the earth, since the time of Christ, have been saved and converted to the gospel in the name of 'JESUS' then they ever have in the name 'Yeshua'. So it is an issue, and it is better and wiser to use the name JESUS than it it Yeshua. The Jew has no problem with who is being referred to when they hear the name of 'JESUS' when use in the presentation of the gospel and it is in that name that they reject Him as Messiah. I believe that in the heart of some who are Jews, that they need to repent of not using the name of 'JESUS' when referring to the Son of God and to the Messiah. They need to have that name 'JESUS" to come from their own lips and actually confess it with the same love and fondness they have for the name 'Yeshua'. If they can not do it there is something wrong in their heart and they need to be converted, not saved again or anything like that but transformed in becoming all things to all men so they can reveal Christ and not their preference.

Thank you, I would like to add something.

There was a little boy living in an African country where islamic soldiers were brutally forcing people to convert or be shot.

Well, a young boy no older than eight, with a gun pointed at him was told deny Jesus or die.

The little boy crying and distressed replied I do not want to die, but I can not deny my Jesus.

They shot and killed that little boy.

Such Faith from a little boy, such understanding.

Not for one minute do i think because he would not deny the name Jesus and not Yahshua the Messiah that it made any difference to his heart and soul...

That young boy probably never heard the name Yahshua, and called on the name we all have come to believe on.

Those of us that use Yahshua have been called to do so, not that it makes us anymore Faithful.
We have had the calling to do so, and we mean no offence to anyone that does not.

That little boy showed more Faith at a young age, than any of us have yet to do.

Let us pray that if and when the time comes to convert or die that we show as much Faith and strength as all those that have passed before us.

If you are asked to deny Yahshua in hebrew name or Jesus in english , we all must pray for the strength to say, Almighty Yahvah God in the name of Yahshua the Messiah receive my soul for your names sake.

Do not divide from those that have been called to re- instate truth to the lost.

You are one of the most mocking and ridiculing posters on this site when you want to be. Why is that? You have a difficult time from refraining your tongue and stopping it from sinning. If calling you ignorant because of the ignorant things you keep letting fall out of your proverbial mouth makes me guilty of sin, so be it. It's not ridicule when calling it what it is. You try to come across all wise, when you do nothing but look foolish. You play games, you're condescending and simply just plain immature. I'm not the only one on here who has a problem with you and the way your underline attacks are to people.

You will even charge me from being of the devil and try to get away with it.I'm not trying to get away with anything. I don't put on a phony front, I know I have little patience with people like you, who play games and act like they know something when they clearly don't.

This just shows how much of YHVH's word and Him you don't know about. He never intended for Yeshua's name to be changed in ANY language. That's why Zeph. 3:9 says He will restore a Holy language back. The Bible being translated into other languages is great, but there was never a necessity for changing YHVH to God, nor Yeshua to Jesus.

When it come to speaking to one another in the body of Christ you should use the name JESUS, no matter how that name came to be and no matter what you think of it, you should use it because in the name of 'JESUS', people will know and understand who you are speaking of. I see people are smarter than that, when I'm witnessing to people about Yeshua and share with them Jesus real name in hebrew, they love it, and they get even more interested in what I have to say.

You have to be humble to use that letter 'J' and you and others do not want to use it. Do you use the name Cepheus or PeterIt's Kefa, not cepheus, get your facts straight.

when referring to that apostle? I believe that in your mind you use the name 'Yeshua' because you deeply feel and have the conviction that it honors God more than the name of 'JESUS'. I disagree with you 100% on that basis and believe you to be partial and slightly puffed up. See, I don't care about what you think of me in anyway shape or form, because I don't see you as any part of the body of Messiah. I see you as a thorn in the body of Messiah. If you're afraid to use Yeshua's real name, that's your problem. But when you stand before Him on judgement day, you can bet you won't be saying Jesus.

More people of the earth, since the time of Christ, have been saved and converted to the gospel in the name of 'JESUS' then they ever have in the name 'Yeshua'.Once again ignorant statements, you have no clue what you're talking about. I've been to other countries that knew the name Yeshua far above the use of Jesus. I think you talk to just hear yourself talk.

So it is an issue, and it is better and wiser to use the name JESUS than it it Yeshua. More ignorance.

If they can not do it there is something wrong in their heart and they need to be converted, not saved again or anything like that but transformed in becoming all things to all men so they can reveal Christ and not their preference.
I have never heard anything so stupid. Yes I said stupid. Your ignorant comments know no bounds. It is truly impossible to have an intellegent conversation with you.
