I can speak Ukrainian and Russian, and understand a little Spanish, I could count to 10 in German, and say some other things in German. I can write and read a little bit of Russian, as I went to Russian school, and Ukrainian.

I went through two years of Latin in high school and a few weeks of Spanish from community college. The Latin generally helps me pick up the meaning of some conversations, but I'm not always accurate. So many languages are Latin based, so it can be helpful.

I'm currently taking Hebrew. I can read, write and speak it, but I'm focusing my studies on Biblical Hebrew as opposed to conversational Hebrew, although we have a program called Byki that helps with flash cards for conversation. Currently, we're in the middle of learning grammar and that's been tough, but rewarding.

I can use Norwegian and English fluently.

I understand Swedish and Danish reasonably well, as long as they don't speak extremely "local". (Danish is easiest to read, Swedish is easiest to understand when heard).

I know some Dutch (speak and write), but my grammar is dreadful. It is way easier to read and hear.

Knowing Dutch, I also understand some German.

and a few words in Greek

I wish I knew someone speaking Italian, it's one of the most beautiful languages there is (though I hardly understand a word of it. That might be the exact reason why though :p)
