Paul and the disciples were directly chosen as prophets by God. They had seen God.

Who says a person is doomedbecause of this. What I am saying is that satan brings attacks, even to BELIEVERS, that is why we fight the good fight of faith. I do not even agree that it is POSSESSION. I say it is OPRESSION. A Chrsitian is POSSESSED WITH GOD. But even Apostle Paul was attacked by a demon spirit at night. We should never say it is not of the devil any attack. Then he, the devil wins. We must recognise the enemy.

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.

1 .changes in normal routines : sleeping all day suddenly or complete lack of appetite, or sudden onset of gluttony
maybe someone wasn't eating are thought they were eating to much, but either way harming themselves.

I said I have anxiety, depression and signs of PTSD. Not bi polar. I also know enough about psychology to know that environment, diet, and daily routin can play a huge role in mental health. There is nothing "chemically" wrong with my head. I have not been diagnosed with a disorder to where I have to depend on medication to "level me out". I have however been on medication in the past and made the decision to ween off of it and deal with my issues the "hard" way. In other words, dealing with it through getting humble, on my knees praying and asking God for help.

Yet again you post information from a website that does not use an scripture.


I do remember somewhere in the thread you stated that it seems more and more people are being diagnosed. I have to agree with you there, yet I use the term "diagnosed" loosely. Only a mental health doctor should prescribe certain medications. Yet regular family practicioners are passing out prozac like it is candy. Without an actual psychological evaluation. Today, medication is used to mask peoples pain rather than treat it. While some people have a chemical imbalance not everyone on medication does. That right there can mess someone up mentally as well. I have also learned that just because somene says they are bi polar does not mean they really are.

Children are being medicated today beacuse they are "too hyper". That seems to be on the rise, yet it is considered child abuse to spank your child in some places so parents and teachers want children "drugged" just so they can handle them. They go around like little zombies with no energy or entheusiasm, and then people wonder why young adults today have "issues". Alot of it is because some went through ther early year sedated and never experienced life. They are controlled by meds.

I also and all other believers are too chosen by God. He was their FATHER as HE IS our FATHER. He is not a respector of persons. Repent and believe JESUS for HIS WORD and that alone, and be saved and come into the family of Holiness. The family of TRUTH, and doubt not the true Word of God.

Fear is a demon. Many Christians have fear. It is not POSSESSION. It may be a lack of knowledge or faith, but not possession. I too say tbhis about bi-polar. Or any and all desease in believers. FEAR will cause Christians to do things that are unbiblical. They will cause chrisitans to lie, cheat, sin. But does not mean it is possession, just unknowledgable to full truth in that certain part of their life. Bi-polar will cause people to do things that are unchristian, like fear does not mean they are possessed, just oppressed and needs deliverance from this attack. BUT ALL OF THESE CAN BE DELIVERED EASILY.

APOSTLE PAUL would not let himself be bitten by snake neither.

Very true. I agree 100%

I do keep thinking about Job in the bible. He went through alot, but never turned from God.
 
Elizabeth -- So you are doing everything perfect. You understand you are under spiritual attack and you humble yourself and pray. Just as I do, because we both know if we don't it's going to get worse. We recognize we need Jesus. So that leads us back to bipolar people.

Are all these people including kids growing up in Christians homes. Do they even know anything about the lord. Most believe through science it is has been proven it is no GOD .. So we have come full circle back to those not believing
 
You know, sometimes I sit and forget EVERYTHING.

Just put everything out of my mind. I think about the suffering of the world then.

I think about how poeple are mean spirited. How money talks. How greed influences. How jealousy explodes. How anger poisons.

And I realise. It isn't about us, them, and what I do vs what you do.

It's about charity and community.
 
guy to be honest I don't need fear to do unchristian things, but I'm sure it has played a role several times. I catch myself going back to my old ways. Especially around old friends, but I normally turn from them, but sometimes I don't.

Trust me if not for Jesus I wouldn't be in heaven because I'm not worthy
 
I believe the argument is between POSSESSION and OPPRESSION. We are talking about BELIEVERS here, not UNBELIEVERS. A believer is POSSESSED by the HOLY GHOST. No one who has the HOLY GHOST cannot be POSSESSED by another Unclean spirit. Oppression on the other hand is different. APOSTLE PAUL, was sent by SATAN, a MESSENGER OF SATAN or a DEMON to attack him IN HIS FLESH. IN HIM. But we would afree he was not POSSESSED, only OPPRESSED. He was POSSESSED BY The HOLY GHOST. Possession means to have total control. Many Christians are OPPRESSED, and can get delivered easly. I have ministered this deliverance many a times to people. I never had opportunity to heal a blind man, but I have seen many other healings take place. GOD WANTS ALL TO BE HEALED AND DELIVERED. And I mean ALL. Not from doctors, but from HIM ALONE. I do not rebuke christians from taking medication or who go to doctors. It has nothing to do with their faith, it has to do with the MINISTERS faith to bring deliverance to people. The person that needs healing or deliverance does not need to have an ounce of faith to get healing. (I know this will raise eyebrowes my way)
 
Guy I understand that. I'm saying most bipolar people I know do not accept Jesus as their lord and savior and the one or two that do asked Jesus to be their lord and savior after the fact but then when talking to them they don't really believe in the bible at least not literally.

So is bipolar a demon?? Spiritual Warfare – Remember we are not fighting flesh and blood
