I feel the most connected when I find someone I can talk to and they understand ''my language''. You know like when you share something that you thought noone else understood and then that person responds in the same symphony and then light comes down from the sky while all the angels sing in harmony and you say ''YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS, SOMEONE GETS ME!!!!!!!!!!''.
I feel the most disconnected when I hang out with people I don't really have a lot of things in common with and then I have to pretend I'm enjoying the conversation.
That is exactly how I would have answered this! I'm not kidding either. There is only one person I know that actually gets me, and of course she lives on the other side of the country :/

Most connected: when I've come into the" present moment" of any situation and another person is in that very present moment too ... weather it's for a one time laugh with a stranger, a shared passing smile, a quick hug with someone I know , or sitting with others In a quiet coffee shop having coffee... when I am in the present moment, not thinking about what I have to do an hour from now, or what happened yesterday ...simply living in the present .
Most disconnected: living outside the present moment
