I hear in the forums and rooms almost daily that "many"
teach that since we are not under the law and justified
by faith in the work of the cross that its ok to sin.

Please leave names of these people for me to check out
Id very much appreciate it. Since many are teaching this
im sure the list will be long. ty

Im thinking its a rumor to excuse a hobby but i may be wrong.

There seems to be a divide on what sin is.

I believe it is a Trespass of the 10 Commandments of Yahvah God.

The Ark of the Covenant is now what i'm reading upon.

Hebrews 9 led me back to a question posed by members of why the 10 Commandments of Yahvah God are elevated etc...

How interesting it is turning out to be...

1 John 5

1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 2By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 6This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 9If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. 10He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

16If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. 17All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

18We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. 19And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. 20And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

21Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

Matthew 5

1And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: 2And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

13Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

21Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. 23Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; 24Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. 25Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. 26Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

27Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Justification by the Blood of Jesus Christ, Yeshua, certainly does not allow for sinful living, but it does allow sinners to live.

It is never an excuse to deliberately sin, however when what Paul calls sin that dwells in us overcomes us and we do the very thing we hate, we have One Mediator between man and the Father, and we are forgiven.

God forbid anyone use grace as license to sin, amen.

I expected at least 4 -6 responses just from this forum alone who have repeatedly
made that claim. Maybe they just havnt seen the thread.

I was expecting several denominations listed since that was the claim
and long lists of churches and pastors.

But it will come soon....since this was the very reason and motivation
given to teach excessively to worry about losing your salvation.

I think if you know the Word you'll know it's false. I wouldn't worry too much about it Abiding God knows who those people are.

Hi...yes He does. And im not worried. My intent was to give people a
chance to either provide their evidence that they claim gives them a
reason to beat the sheep, and attack sound doctrine.

Or give up their lies and come to their senses and realize they
have bad motives built on false assumptions and reasons
and make better use of their time and the Word of God.

I think you will be waiting awhile. oh they have seen it. I am sure. they just know they can't prove what they say is true. so they are selectively blind to the thread.

or they are abiding by the truce, my friend. This is to also say, that I do not claim you* to be preaching a licentious OSAS gospel. But as with all things, there are some who do and it is those we all need to focus our attention on and reach out to them. May we all be workers for Christ. God bless you*.

I understand. But I think Abiding wanted someone to show who they were. so we can know. This claim is made not just by you on some occasions, but by many. And yet we do not hear from them in here. I just find it odd after two days no one has said a word. when like abiding, I was sure there would be a few by now.

Please take my corrections. So now, having been justified, we all can start being Christ's workers and good stewards of God's mysteries. Now, if I, seeing that my foundation is Christ also, can be justifed with Marianna.

cfultz3 I have no special spiritual equiptment that flickers
different colored lights when i listen to folks. But i can tell
the difference after awhile and see the evidence of their
motives at least to a small degree.

There are some that God calls to sound alarms when needed.
To shake people out of their sleep. And there are others i see
with little respect to the body and slap the sheep silly.

Not to embarrass you but i think you only made a truce for the
sake of unity. And i dont think you are comprimising either.

I think all of us need to have a balanced message that covers
all. Salvation by grace through faith...then the walk of growth
in grace and knowledge..which is neither lawless or apathetic.

But we need to be at aleast as balanced as the bible is. And do our
best to show HOW to do things...you knew all that :)

I could not agree with you more. When all the fieldhands work together, there becomes a balance. One is not an army of one, we all are an army of One. That is, we all have your duties from our Master Oarsman, let us all be workers knowing our salvation is in Christ.
