Hello Everyone,

This one's for my Dad, who's taking us to see the new James Bond film "Skyfall" this afternoon: What is your signature/preferred (G-rated) beverage of choice? Maybe you're a Cup'O'Joe kinda person (how do you take your coffee? Black? Just a drop of cream? Exactly two spoonsful of sugar?)

Unfortunately, I am super sensitive to caffeine (I can never predict how I'll react to it, either falling asleep for 12 hours or staying up for 3 days) so I have to limit a lot of the fun coffee drinks I see out there. "Back in the day" (college), I was never an expert but I used to go to this very popular non-franchised coffee house for some kind of double-shot amaretto syrup thingie with both regular cream and whipped cream and probably only a splash of actual coffee. YUM YUM YUM!!!

If caffeine didn't bother me I'd probably be a Coca-Cola girl... and other favorites include apple juice, soy milk (even though I think I'm allergic to it--I live dangerously!! Hand me another glass!), the ever-classic root beer (extra ice, please), and sweet tea so sweet that this born and bred northerner would make even the most die-hard southerner check twice.

How about all of you? What's your preferred drink of choice, and is there a special way you like it prepared?

Egg Nog is a for sure holiday necessity. Specifically Southern Comfort brand (it IS non-alcoholic). On a hot summer day there's is literally nothing that hits the spot quite like a root beer, we used to have an actual A&W restaurant in town that would sell root beer by the gallon and half-gallon, it was awesome. I go through phases with coffee. Not drinking any at all, and then drinking a lot. When the coffee mood hits I like Starbucks house blend, and Dunkin' Donuts brand...black, no garbage in my coffee thank you, and I will do triple and quadruple espresso shots.

If I wasn't afraid of gaining lots of weight or getting kidney stones and other unpleasant afflictions, my veins would bleed some combination of all three.

When I was a little girl my mom would take the glass bottles outside and stick them in the snow while she made homemade pizza. They would get all slushy. It was great! :D

I'm not a big fan of alcohol, however I did enjoy a mango mojito I had once.

Speaking of alcohol and chocolate (okay, I didn't mention chocolate, but it is a good segway to my question), has anyone here tried the new Caramilk Cream Liquor by Cadbury? And if so, is it any good? Since I don't necessarily like alcohol but I am obsessed with chocolate, I figure this new Caramilk Liguor will be my only chance to become a happy alcoholic!!!

I haven't gotten stones from soda, but real recently it has started tearing my insides up like crazy. If I don't balance it with water, I'm a mess.

It's good to know I'm not alone on having issues with soda :)
