I have a Kindle, and I'm a fan of free books, so I frequent Amazon's free book section often. I've found some really great books and then there are a few others that are well... not worth finishing.

Yeah, the Amazon free list is a little grim.
DuchessAimee, have you tried borrowing kindle books by checking them out online from a local public library?
A lot of libraries have an extensive collection of ebooks available through Overdrive. I check out kindle books through my library, and since my siblings live in other library districts, we swap library card numbers to access more ebooks. You never have to worry about late returns, the books will just disappear on the due date.

Have no current books I'm reading, but I love books from Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker.

In my bible class, my teacher said that time is a sign of what? Deterioration.

If you don't believe it, look in the mirror. LOL.

Coincidentally, and, truthfully, I don't read much, write much more, but, I do enjoy the first few pages in of Mitch Albom's, "The Time Keeper."
Chicks will dig it, it's got plenty of boy-girl romance in the first few pages, God intertwined, not to mention, 'Father Time.' But, not to say no more of it's tick, tick, tick opening, because I will give its early sad exploits away, yeah, sad, but, I'll keep on reading, for from the fire of sadness comes His tests to us that bring gladness and understanding to our heart. Just sayin' . :)

I've had that recommended to me by a friend a while ago. I should check it out. :)

I absolutely have to read before I go to bed :) This is why I absolutely love my Kindle Fire I read at least 2 to 3 books a week. But I was going to suggest you should totally check out Karen Witemyer she is a Christian Romance author and her books are awesome :)

Never heard of her! Will have to check her out!

Christian romance novels? I don't think i could read one of those, probably pretty tame romance I'd think.

Yes, some of them are no doubt lame. But there are these Christian mysteries that I have found I love, but the woman has only wrote two of them so far.

No no, I'm not reading Pride and Prejudice. I'm reading Pride and Prejudice and ZOMBIES. It's a retelling of P&P with zombies added!
RoyalAimee, my 12 year old nephew wanted two things for Christmas only, a full-size 'Link' sword and a Zombie Survival Guide ? , anyway, think name's right but, yeah, weird stuff kids want. Thatza book that tells about how to survive in the event of a zombie apocalypse. What's scary is that the tone of the book (I read excerpts) sounds so real, like somethinf like that could really happen. Well, maybe. Ya never know, those 'antichrists' that come in revelation may be more than just anti Christ :D

So, yeah, and, while on the topic, my nef got the sword so.he can reenact fight scenes from watching internet vids, Nintendo DS game and post the videos on youtube.

First, I'll bet that sword is super cool. Second, the zombie apocalypse will hopefully be upon us soon! I'm currently taking notes on how to survive while watching The Walking Dead. It's a great docudrama :P

Lol... well The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a science fiction comedy series. Roger Penrose's book is a serious effort to cover the basics of the Standard Model of particle physics discussing general relativity and quantum mechanics and the possible unification of these two theories with an eye in the last chapter toward the theory of everything (ToE). The Vega Science Trust - The Theory of Everything

I see. Sounds cool, you must be a good reader and my intuition seems correct , let's be truthful, too, . I'm not the guy to discuss particle physics with unless it's to he a very short conversation, but, I did just this morning read about RFID, which I guess is being phased out because of security issues of that 'chip,' i.e. Paypass cards. And, the next great thing, NFC ,too, has issues of loggistics as well as security so although cool to touch two smartphones together to do a transaction it kight be dead in wter roo. I think it best dead, too, that stuff is scary business to me. OK, that's all I got for anything (that might be) close to particulate physics. I can use a big word like 'matriculate,' though :D
