You teach people how to treat you. If a guy is disrespectful in your opinion, he should be told. Boundaries are really important. I'm not into the whole girls chasing boys thing, however, I will express interest to a point. I WILL NOT confess feelings first. I will not call him first until a relationship has been established. If he wants a date, he has to ask until I'm comfortable enough to ask him to do something. That particular time line isn't well established. It really depends on the first or second date and the interactions we've had. I think that men should be men, and women should be willing. However, I don't think every man has to chop down trees, or rebuild engines, or whatever. Nor do all women have to be clad in jewelry, skirts, and drive soccer mom cars. I'm a girly girl. I love make up, getting my hair done, etc, but I'm going to be a nurse. I will be up to my elbows in blood, guts, and whatever else. I'm not afraid of that mess. On the other hand I have little to no desire to go hunting, clean fish, or other icky things guys do.

You think im kidding here. My momma is from the great state of Georgia. She was raised by a woman who kept family close. The family ate together. Children were taught manners. The women took care of the household while the men worked. My grandma would slaughter the pigs. Behead the chickens, and did it while wearing a dress and apron. She was very proper, and always presentable when in public. She was also the only woman I have ever known that could pee standing up without getting her stockings and dress dirty.

My grandma was a true southern lady with a side of "OH THAT JUST AIN'T RIGHT!"

Not trying to be sick here, just being honest.
 
I forgot something; a lady should keep her back hair neatly groomed.
 
It's what I subject Nautilus too, that and a good cold water hosing down, the times he gets off track and rolls around in the vomit with the other dogs... lol.
