I love to cook! I'm really in the mood to do that today, so I've made garlic/parmesan crusted tenderloin, roast red potatoes with peppers, Caesar salad and a banana crème dessert.

Lately I've really gotten into baking cute, unique cupcakes.

Do you like to cook? What are some of your favorite things to make?

I like cooking but I tend to keep it simple, I love stew and dumplings and mince and tatties. I love a good roast and I like making quiche but my hands are always so warm that it makes making pastry kinda hard! my favourite meal is a traditional shetland dish, we call it salt pork, kale and tatties. I love making thai curries and I really like baking too. I make a mean sponge and scones too.

I agree! I hope that my husband is gifted with the desire to do the dishes, or we would get a dishwasher- human or machine, depending on money. I kid I kid!
