Prove by scripture why Enoch was taken. Prove by scripture that men did not call on the name of the Lord until Seth was born. Is there no account to experience. Prove by scripture that you were healed. Prove by scripture that God restored your family. If it isd not in scripture then it is a lie.
 
God literaly talked to abraham. so did some angels. The exact translation for the Genesis verse you refer to is actualy "this is when man STOPPED calling on the name of the lord" its whne they started praying to idols. realy bad mis-translation

I realize and know that the word of God is the most valuable thing on earth. However, there are things that are not mentioned therein, Such as smoking crack can you find that in the bible. There are things that we must rely on by faith. Should we live on food stamps or do we hold to the word if you do not work you shall not eat. What if there is no work to be found. Shall we take the bible alone, or what God has spoken in our heart. That' what Abraham did.
 
I will ask again, where did Abraham or Noah confirm the word. In what book did they confide. I am not belittling the bible I trust in it myself. But, where did they confirm it or did they just have faith and rely on their experience with God.

Why did Christ show them the prophecies of Christ in the Bible? Why not just reveal himself?
 
Abram was reputed to be one of the last who believed Yahweh, God counting from Adam. Unlike religions since with doctrines and titles, from Abram, who was named Abraham by our Father, to the first advent of our Lord, that is Christ's first coming, the faithful until He came did not have much more in mind other than to obey the Father. There was a oral tradition until the time Moses put down everything in the first five Books, including what Yahweh inscribed on the stone tablets. The children of Israel did their best to obey God, but failed miserably, and if you look in the Holy Scriptures you will see the nations have gained salvation in the free gift of Jesus Christ, Yeshua, because they failed so miserably. Think about this, had the nation God chose been perfect, what need would there be for them to have a Messiah? And had there been no need for a Messiah, the nations would still be in total darkness. I bless the Children of Israel, today called Jews, with all my heart, soul and mind for all they have done to continue the teachings of Yahweh, God. This does not make me a political pawn of Israel, rather a friend indeed in Christ, Whom they would call Yeshua.
