Yes it has, and so some new covenant scripture for after the death of Christ we today are in a new covenant Hebrews9:15-17
New International Version (NIV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP]For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
[SUP]16 [/SUP]In the case of a will, it is necessary to prove the death of the one who made it, [SUP]17 [/SUP]because a will is in force only when somebody has died; it never takes effect while the one who made it is living.
Now since we are in a new covenant new law The Law of liberty God's love as in 1 Cor 13 that we receive under the new life for where there is a change in the Law there must also be a change in the priesthood and Christ was notfrom the arronic priesthood

Hebrews 7
First, the name Melchizedek means “king of righteousness”; then also, “king of Salem” means “king of peace.” [SUP]3 [/SUP]Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever.

Jesus Like Melchizedek

[SUP]11 [/SUP]If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood—and indeed the law given to the people established that priesthood—why was there still need for another priest to come, one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? [SUP]12 [/SUP]For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also. [SUP]13 [/SUP]He of whom these things are said belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. [SUP]14 [/SUP]For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests. [SUP]15 [/SUP]And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, [SUP]16 [/SUP]one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. [SUP]17 [/SUP]For it is declared:
“You are a priest forever,

in the order of Melchizedek.”

[SUP]18 [/SUP]The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless [SUP]19 [/SUP](for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.

[SUP]20 [/SUP]And it was not without an oath! Others became priests without any oath, [SUP]21 [/SUP]but he became a priest with an oath when God said to him:
“The Lord has sworn
and will not change his mind:
‘You are a priest forever.’”

[SUP]22 [/SUP]Because of this oath, Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant.

[SUP]23 [/SUP]Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office; [SUP]24 [/SUP]but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. [SUP]25 [/SUP]Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

[SUP]26 [/SUP]Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens. [SUP]27 [/SUP]Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself. [SUP]28 [/SUP]For the law appoints as high priests men in all their weakness; but the oath, which came after the law, appointed the Son, who has been made perfect forever.
I do not believe anyone who believes we should obey God's Ten Commandments has overlooked all that you have pasted here. You really should meditate on the High Priest who has no father or mother, the King of Righteousness (tsadek) and the King of Salem, since there is only One Such, so Who do you suppose this King is, because He is not dead, and He is the King of Righteousness and Peace. I have meditated on this Appearance for many decades, and there has always been the same answer.

Luke 23...

54And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. 55And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. 56And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.

Matthew 12:5Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane thesabbath, and are blameless?

Matthew 12:8For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Mark 2:27And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:

It is good that people know what you have pasted here, and better if they read all that our Savior taught us about observing the Law. Praise Him for crucifying the curse of that law along with Him on the cross, for the curse of the law is the punishment it brings, death.

With all the back-and-forth arguing, and some bashing, who is really resting? And how can they if others are arguing with them?

The commandments are never going to go out of practice by true believers while this old earth remains, and not in the new. They are nothing more and nothing less than a guide on good behavior and morality, neither of which is contrary to grace. When a believer declares he is observing the Sabbath seven days a week after reading what the Father declared it to be, I may only ascertain that it is due to not understanding. Not one of the commandments is abolished, however the curse of the law is, that being death, but only for those who claim the Lamb of God as propitiation for all sin. Jesus teaches us that He completes the law. When He was crucified, the curse of the law, not the law, was crucified with Him on the cross. Jesus teaches us to obey the commandments, and He teaches anyone teaching against the least of these laws will be least in heaven. Now, not one of the commandments is to be considered least, therefore anyone teaching against the commandments should be advised, for this puts any reward in jeopardy, and we all vie in love for as great a reward as is possible come the kingdom! There is no sin when anyone in good conscience Godward observes any particular day or does not observe it, however there is sin to teach against obeying the Father when one becomes aware of it. One should not fear the laws of morality and good conduct from our Father, for they are guides for when we should doubt, but to view grace as license to overlook the Father's desire for us is tantamount to witchcraft and idolatry.

Context is key Jaume. No one ever said the commandments are abolished but the man to whom it applied to is dead and this thread along with others have been whipping believers who are dead to sin and alive in Christ. BIG DIFFERENCE! Again I point out that we do not serve after the letter since it applies to a flesh that is condemned we serve after the newness of the spirit which is united in Christ.

It is obvious that I am still here in the flesh, and I am not yet perfected, although I am promised by God to be made perfect, and He will not leave unfinished the work He began in me, however my desire to obey Him does not disappear with myi salvation in Jesus Christ and the grace in which I live. Why would I deliberately be disrespectful to my parents, or steal, or lie, or bear false witness, worship another god (any other is false), make a graven or molten image, change the order of the week that the Father set down for me as a guide, etc? Why should I even want to do such a thing. I love to be considered obedient in the eyes of our Father, for He loved me first. There is no harm ever in adhering to the commandments, but there is what is considered witchcraft and idolatry to disobey God, and God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We cannot leave this truth aside, it is constant.

Jaume I agree with you. Please note the reference to our flesh is not just towards our physical body in it's reference to what taints our physical body, that is, the sinful nature that we have inherited through Adam. This sinful nature was exposed and condemned by the letter for the law of God in the form of the letter is the strength of sin. It produced a body of death but in Christ we have died to the letter that we may live after the spirit and we live after the spirit we obey after the spirit which is the heart of God's Word. Hence the term Born again or Born from or Born of God. This is also why the Sabbath is again more than just a day of physical rest because we can now see and believe in it and in Christ that Rest is Glorious.

The true rest of God has freed us from the bondage of fear and death provoked by the letter of the Law which produced a body of death in us but thank be to God as Paul wrote in Romans 7 that although he understands in the flesh he can only serve sin (Romans 7:25) it is not God's will that we live by the flesh (Romans 8) but in the spirit where we are united in Christ's death but alive in His Resurrection. In the spirit we rest and we are revealed spiritual truths confirming God's promises for us and that rest was only made possible through Christ who is our salvation. In other words, the realization that what we have in God in Christ is really much real and that understanding gives us a rest far beyond a physical one.

I will paste complete with typo what I posted which should have answered your following post in advance.
however my desire to obey Him does not disappear with myi salvation in Jesus Christ and the grace in which I live.

And obedience is of the heart after the spirit... Romans 6:17

It is impossible to keep the sabbath of the Lord every day. We can rest in Him everyday but, we cannot keep the sabbath of the Lord everyday. God only blessed one day not all seven. To keep a day holy that God has not made holy is to offer common for the holy just like Aaron's sons.

Leviticus 10:1-2 KJV
(1) And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.
(2) And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

It's only impossible to keep Sabbath every day when you ignore the clear teaching of Scripture. Hebrews 4 completely refutes your Biblical application. If I am misapplying the verse, then edify us and show us what is really meant in that chapter. But to just ignore it and repeat yourself is not really compelling.

How can there be a death penalty for those who believe Jesus Christ? If you believe Jesus Christ your heart's desire would be to obey Him, and He teaches to obey the commandments.

So in other words you are disobeying a clear commandment regarding Sabbath.

It's not physical rest. It is BELIEF IN JESUS CHRIST.

Staying home with the lights off is not the Sabbath for a Christian. It is believing in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.

Learn from Jesus Christ about the Sabbath. You are making reference to rabbinical teachings on the Sabbath and not to what is in the Word, beginning with the good commandment, for all commandments are good, and finishing with the words of our Lord on the same subject following His Example and teaching. As for your previous response to me in particular, because it makes no sense in regard to my posts, I cannot reply.
It's not physical rest. It is BELIEF IN JESUS CHRIST.

Hebrews 4:3-4 KJV
(3) For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
(4) For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

The language of these two verses looks like Genesis 2.
Genesis 2:2-3 KJV
(2) And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
(3) And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Clearly then the 7th day referred to here is the 7th day sabbath.

Hebrews 4:9 KJV

(9) There remaineth therefore a rest(keeping of a sabbath) to the people of God.

From this then it is you who ignore the clear teaching of scripture. God blessed the 7th day and that blessing has not been removed. God has not blessed any other day so they cannot be kept holy. Only a day that God makes holy can be kept holy as the sabbath.

Can you or anyone show me any verse that says God blessed a day other than the 7th?

Hebrews 4:9

(ASV) There remaineth therefore a sabbath rest for the people of God.

(Darby) There remains then a sabbatism to the people of God.

(GNB) As it is, however, there still remains for God's people a rest like God's resting on the seventh day.

(GW) Therefore, a time of rest and worship exists for God's people.

(ISV) There remains, therefore, a Sabbath rest for the people of God,

(KJV) There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

(LEB) Consequently a sabbath rest remains for the people of God.

(LITV) So, then, there remains a sabbath rest to the people of God.

(MKJV) So then there remains a rest to the people of God.

(RV) There remaineth therefore a sabbath rest for the people of God.

(YLT) there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God,
