I find cooking an omelette with multiple ingredients works best on low heat with a lid covering the pan .:D

How true. do you like health food?
I like good nutritious food and convenience too LOL. So health consciousness gets laid aside at times.

I used to eat a lot of organics, but now that I am semi-retired and especially with everything sky-rocketing in price,
I go more for economics than organics, though I do still buy some organic produce and antibiotic free meats.

I use cashew milk but mostly for coffee and at home I mix it with unsweetened evaporated skim milk.
At work I just have the tinned milk for coffee, and I use a stevia-based sugar substitute. I was getting
low on it (Truvia) so made a special trip to Safeway for it, and since it was on sale (yay!), I bought four.
One of my number one foods these days is Chapman's Black Jack frozen yogurt. It is chocolate & cherry
yogurts swirled together and has small rectangles of dark chocolate, large chunks of black cherries,
and miniature chocolate cherry cups. Haha. Healthy! Because the freezing does not kill the probiotics
.;):D

Pizza is good food! I was making my own for a while... but have not done that recently.

My preferred meat is poultry, also. I bought chicken strips at Safeway, too. They are heating now .:)
