If you ever have leftover cous-cous in abundance I have something I found to be very easy and delicious.

First......if yio do not eat pork, toss this out.

Now slice fresh garlic and brown it with chopped bacon........all to taste.

When you believe it is all cooked to your likeing, put the cous-cous in and warm it all together tossing
it into the fat.........salt to tase as yo will.

This is very similar to a dish made in the south of Spain, but it is made with breadcrumbs, old bread that is, and it is called migas.
