Another photo from this summer with the Alaska flag and a decorative curtain. Those amazing wildflowers are called "fireweed," and can be seen everywhere and have a tall stem with blossoms that bloom up the stem as the summer progresses. When the blossoms reach the top, it is a sign that winter is near, like now with snow forecast for this weekend in south Alaska.
In a year, my oldest daughter will be moving to Alaska because her honey bunny is being stationed there. Yay, I guess that I'll finally make it to Alaska. U r blesses, brother.
