kind of reminds me of when demons are attacking you trying to be all scary and such and you stand upon the Word of God like it's no big deal...... the response being "hey this attack is suppose to intimidate and frighten you but your going through life like nothings wrong?"

It's great that way when it surprises them. Even the enemy of God can appear as an angel of light and quote scripture. They are legion indeed. And are hard to miss when they take over the form of a person and, for instance, have a televangelical ministry and make every sermon to include admonitions to tithe. Money, money, money, monnnnnney!
One such person once said from the pulpit, if you're a mother, a wounded veteran, a single mom, and you don't work, STARVE!
Meanwhile the one saying that is morbidly obese. And cited his ministry's rights when that particular sermon made it to YouTube so that all copies were removed. Though I'd think one or two maybe made it in in the time after it was a hot topic.
They are everywhere. And the teletypes live better than their parishioners. I've said it before, if your pastor pulls up in a car that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, like a Rolls Royce, leave!
That's not Christ like. Jesus and His Disciples walked everywhere they went.
