my uncle got so bad, he saw kids coming in his window when there were none....they found out that he was lacking in magnesium. I agree... -
I have to take care of my 90 year old mom and have to give her blood pressure meds every 8 hours.... its hard sometimes to go back to...

gelatin tablets will make the nails grow fast, and strong. I always take it when I want my nails to grow out if they break off. it works -
