i'm an old dear who is new to belief in God, still feeling the joy and wonder of the realisation and trying to make up for so many wasted years. Strict Calvinists introduced me to the knowledge but what i have learned along the way, suggests that's too strict a path for me. Currently searching for the right place of worship and spiritual community for me, want to be baptised quickly when i have done so.

Charles Spurgeon's sermons and Pastor Mike Winger's videos/mp3s, appeal very much to me, as do publications by some Puritans. Keep in mind many Puritans consider Charles Spurgeon to have been one, what i've learned suggests they are very different to populist thinking.
