Egg White is a main ingredient in making mayo, and substituting mayo in a cake recipe will result in the moistest cake ever. If you tried a piece, you'd be like, "how...did you make this...so...?!" And then you'd be like, "...what?!" and I'd would be like, "What? Yea...that's what."
I've actually had baked goods with "alternative ingredients" (applesauce instead of the oil, substitutes for eggs, etc.) I've heard of mayo being used in cakes but am not sure if I've tried it -- but if given the opportunity, I surely would.

I'm all for ingredients I DON'T like being turned into things I DO like very much (cake!) :D

To me, it's just another example of all the wonderful ways God "uses ALL things (even those which are evil) for the good of those who love Him."

I got this tip from a former Christian forum nemesis, when I started making a cake after I had discovered that I was out of, I forget now, either eggs or oil, and she answered my lament with the remedy that so happily exceeded my expectations. Otherwise, I'd have never even thought to attempt such a substitution. Food really does bring people together.

Might as well embrace it and make a joke out of it at this point.
I've always dreamed of going to France one day dressed with American flag cowboy boots, American flag pants, American flag shirt, and an American flag cowboy hat and speak loudly with a thick Texan accent when i land at the airport "HEY WHERE IT THE NEAREST MACDONALD AROUND HERE".
Thing is i have no desire to go to France so it will be a dream. But one day ... you never know.
I visited Nice, France once. Other than one store, I found the people there to be very friendly. I started in English once when buying a train ticket in Germany, and the guy was rude from that point. Otherwise I've had great experiences there too. I greeted a lady in a store once in Seoul in Korean, and found out later from a co-worker that she was wanting to ask me out on a date...

No deviled eggs then?
I've never liked deviled eggs. (I know, another round of gasps and pitchforks!)

But devil's food cake is different story... (and ironically, I've never liked angel food cake.)

Humph.

I just might qualify for the Naughty Foods section of hell after all.

I would suspect another round of coal in your stocking has a high probability of occurring.

Yeah, I've tried leaving messages excusing myself, but it never seems to work. :(

And so my Christmas stockings always wind up looking like this: :(

At this point, I think I've collected enough Christmas coal -- to power a locomotive. 🚂

I don't think coal would be too much of a problem for her.
