I know, it sounds ugly, I know, the nerve of this guy to use such a derogatory word. Well the word derives from the bible. Is there even a such thing as a housewife anymore? What is that. Whether you know it or not there are many young women out here that think its cute to be a whore. Yet they don't want to be labled as one. They also desire to be someones wife. Go figure. Well , to all aspiring whores maybe you think twice before trying that lifestyle. People have a tendency to hold that against you , even the person that you think is your confidant. I'm not trying to be mean or unfair or judgemental. I'm just saying it may not be wise to give into lustful temtations because you think that no one will find out. Oh contrare. God sees it and what's done in the dark will come to the light.

and many men think its cute to be "man whores" impregnating women and leaving...or cheating...what is a faithful man anymore? Just saying, this post makes me absolutely angry. This is ridiculous.

I don't think it is ridiculous at all to bring up the way our inability to see sex realistically is ruining our world.

I have plenty family in my town, but my deeply Christian family ignore me to the point that getting groceries is a terrible problem and I have seen my 12 year old great grandson only a few times. I evidently didn't teach family values as I taught other ways to honor God. None would think of eating without thanking the Lord, but they have no idea of family. And my family is one of the rare families who has never had anyone who used sex wrong or had a hint of divorce even though they have now increased to 20 people.

Even our medical doctors who specialize in sex know very little about what it is, or about the marriage it is related to. If only the church knows and we aren't supposed to take about it, there is no hope for repair.

None of this has absolutely nothing to do with this post. I can understanding your point about having morals (I am assuming this is what you are talking about?) But the point is this is bluntly put; can you make a whore into a housewife.

My point is based on this. Men can be "whores" if not MORE than women. Why do "evangelical Christians" always point the finger at women who "sleep around" and feel the need to hold them accountable, but when men do the exact same thing, we laugh it off and say "oh that's ok, Men are sup post to sleep around. They are the dominant sex and allowed to do whatever they want"

I don't care if we talk about the morals of sex or not.

But I wont stand for sexist and horribly thought out posts by men who don't look at this issue holistically.

Can you make a whore into a housewife? Hosea did as Mooky pointed out, it was an actual happening that symbolized the love and forgiveness that our Lord has for our whoring selves as Hosea stayed faithful to his whoring wife.

But still the point is that in our culture, most people are whores. I am saying I agree, and it doesn't work to produce a society that is safe and good to live in.

Just here to point out all the posts and threads about men being horn dogs addicted to sex...

Just because something is not pleasing to the ears does not make it un-needed.
All the OP is saying is "God knows what you do". You can't hide your actions from God, and God doesn't condone that life style... Also we as humans will also hold your actions against you...

Yah I understand people getting offended if he grouped all women into one category. But he clearly grouped 'whores' into their own separate group... This was just meant to caution young women...

I personally think he could have conveyed the message a little more tasteful, but I also think many people here took it in the wrong direction.
