This is a tough question and hard to understand for a lot of people, there are people born without a moral compass and with out the capacity for love. Where would they stand as far as christianity goes?
Im not necessarily talking about murderers or incarceratec crimnials but your everyday psychopath or sociopath.

moses, people are NOT "born without a moral compass and without the capacity for love." God creates each one of us in his image. God IS morality, God IS love!! Why those types of people end up as psychopaths is beyond me, but we ALL have a so-called moral compass, and we ALL have the capacity to love others. Everyone's brain is wired differently, maybe theirs just dont connect correctly. Maybe its some chemical imbalance in their bodies that turns them into killers and psychopaths. Who can really say for sure?

There are three theories:
1. Sociopaths must come to believe in God and worship Him basically through the abilities they have.
2. Sociopaths are not born, but made. Through that process their hearts are hardened beyond repair.
3. Sociopaths are literally born without a soul and are nothing more than intelligent animals who pretend at being human.

Sociopath and psychopath are not the same. Not all sociopaths are violent by nature. In fact it's estimated 1 in 25 people are sociopaths (basically without conscience). While many times sociopaths are created through their environment there is evidence to suggest some people may have been born that way.
What is your basis for supporting the idea that people cannot be born without a conscience? I'm seeing a lot of 'maybe' in your response. I'm suspecting this isn't a topic you have spent any time on personally?

ugly, ok answer this for me IF you can: why on earth would God create us without a conscience? It's part of what gives us free will to choose between wrong and right. To answer YOUR question, no I havent spent any time on sociopaths/ psychopaths..I'm not a professor or counselor, nor have I ever had occasion to research them. What I posted is merely my opinion, as I'm sure the posts of others on here have offered their opinions also.

In general, on this site in particular, other people do not care one bit about your opinion unless it exactly mirrors their own. Even then, they will then take credit for it for saying it first. This is my opinion and I respect yours as well for you said it first.

You could ask WHY would God create a mentally retarded person or a child born deaf or blind or whatever else any other kind of birth defect or any other personality disorder, these things happen and God didnt do it he set biology in motion and we play with the cards we are dealt.
Im very shallow i dont feel much i have no idea what love feels like almost to the point where i dont believe it exists at all just a romanticized fabrication of the mind. We can look at love in actions or this weird little emotional love, God so love the world that he sent his only son (love in actions demonstrated here. Not the tingly fuzzy feeling you get when you think of something or some one. Think there is a big misconception going on here.... psychopaths / sociopaths / narcissists / anit social anyone can believe and be saved your not so priveledged with your fuzzy little feelings

One argument made against the possibility of the salvation of sociopaths is their inability to feel remorse. They can recognize that the world or that others view what they did as wrong, but to the individual sociopath, there is no recognition of having done something wrong and feeling remorse or acknowledging repentance.

This is not an insult to you crocodile. In fact, I believe that you must turn to God in your own way, but personally I think it's extremely difficult for a sociopath to enter Heaven, simply because most are incapable of considering anyone except themselves.

People need to call there cable company. They are letting children and teens watch people with no clothes on. They barely have there front covered. This is not exceptable! Do they really think good people are going to believe that the 13 year old boy when she bends over that he is going to say "Its art". These people are sick.

What does this have to do with sociopathy?

I understand what youre saying, and dont worry im not offended. However i have had the priveledge of being healed when there was a weird blod disorder i had and not even the doctors knew why or what it was.... one night i allowed a man to pray for me and that very instant it was gone.
I at points try to observe the teachings of jesus and love through the actions which he laid out, however it is a struggle to do so especially when i might benefit from doing just the opposite.... i can only look ahead and see if Jesus sacrifice will allow me to escape hell.... since i do believe, and surely God in all of his wisdom knew there would be those like me.
Im mostly docile i just dont form attachments to people i do lie but its almost not a conscious thing it just happens (believe that or not)

Not much else i can do

This is what I believe God will do/has done for psycopaths, sociopaths and everyone else.

1 Corinthians 15:21-22.
21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.

They still know right from wrong as far as understanding that stealing and murder are wrong. They need to be saved and delivered by the Lord.

Just because people know something is wrong by other peoples standards doesnt give them control over (completly) natural impulses.... just as it is with more common sins such as lying even if done not to hurt others feelings or if some one calls and you say that youre not here.
We all sin daily
