Back to your confession that you are a crybaby. I'm sure that you have been to CBA meetings, and by now have a sponsor.

That's all very good, but now it is up to you to avoid anyone you see crying. Just deny the feeling to shed some tears with them. Walk away quickly. Do not watch movies that have sad scenes. Some songs also give rise to strong temptations to weep.

Remember that even one little teardrop can lead to many and then you will be back where you started.
The good thing about tears though is that God stores our tears in a little bottle.

Yesterday I mentioned that I tried using Starbucks' coffee instead of water for my oatmeal. I tried it again today. It is not bad, but I think I would prefer to drink the coffee cold from the fridge and go back to salt and pepper on my oatmeal.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what easy things can be done with oatmeal in the morning, other than milk, raisins and brown sugar? (The less sugar, the better.)

It occurs to me that adding fruit, dried or fresh, might be worth a try.

Thank you.
I have no idea how this post fits this thread, but cheese is a good thing to add to oatmeal for savory oatmeal. In fact anything you can add to a dish to make it savory instead of sweet can be added to oatmeal instead. You could add tomato sauce, basil, cracked red pepper and a little garlic if you want. Oats are grains, and can be used as the base for all kinds of dishes, not just sweet ones.

I mis-posted it. I thought I was in another thread. Humph.
