We know fear of "getting" a disease or condition increases the likelihood by 63% according to the science of neural plasticity,
So you have no research to cite.
I have a family member with a PhD in neuroscience, I know a fair bit, I read his research, please send the link.

*Sitting at the Fence watching everything happen*

“Can we just respect each other’s choices and be fine?”

*Sees arguments that make both sides look bad*

“Okay, I’ll just keep chilling here, on my fence”

Honestly though, I’ve seen people wearing masks, talking to their friends not wearing a mask at our grocery store (We aren’t mask mandatory yet), so let us all “Peacefully agree to disagree”. My main issue is how far both sides take the mask wearing, I remember when this stuff started, a older woman told me: “I don’t know where your hands have been, so don’t touch my stuff”. I work as a Courtesy Clerk, I sack people’s groceries and push carts in. I’ve been making sure to keep my hands clean, so much so they can get dry. Also, just hand sanitizer isn’t enough, you need to wash your hands, hand sanitizer does not work all day.

People have been pushing me around at work and I’m legit tired, I got back on my antidepressants because of the stress and thinking about killing myself, I think people fail to see that side of mask wearing, the poor employees forced to deal with the “extremes of both sides”.

I’ll never forget this, a lady was coming up to put her groceries on the conveyer belt, and she asked if we had cleaned it. The cashier was honest and said: “No I haven’t had the time, it’s been too busy”, said lady customer then proceeded to pick up everything she had on belt, and moved to a different register, are you legit kidding me?

*Sigh*, if you don’t work at the grocery store, BE GLAD THAT YOU DON’T, I’m happy to have a job, but BE GLAD you are not doing what I’m having to do, like people leaving their masks on the ground and in shopping carts, the people that do that DON’T CARE FOR OTHERS, they are lazy and selfish. I know as a woman following the lord I should not judge others, but like I said all the stress got me back on antidepressants, and that is not good, and I’m staying on my antidepressants until all of this stuff is over.

Look at that damn meme again, and see the truth in it!

Perhaps we have a different sense of humor, but to me, this meme is sad, not funny because all these illnesses are very serious and I do take it all disease very seriously, including Covid 19. I think it is sad when we think all our rights are being taken away because we are asked to wear a mask. It's not hard to wear a mask, compared to the alternative.

I for one do not yawn at any of those other realities. Memes are very powerful forms of communications and tend towards a one size fits all mentality.

And the last picture is sheer exaggeration, where I live no one is freaked out, we live our lives and take precautions like any reasonable person.

put that meme as a way to express how utterly, nauseatingly sick I am over this bs!

Oh, I thought you thought the meme was a joke. funny. I did not know.

You are infringing on mine, and my family’s life and freedoms.

In what way? I am not telling you how to live. I am saying that I wear a mask. If you dont want to wear a mask, you are taking a chance. I hope it all goes well for you and your loved ones.

I don’t in the tinsiest way find that humorous!
You go isolate YOURSELF is you want to live in fear.
That's the thing. I dont live in fear. I do what I have to do to protect my famly and myself and I continue to live. I, of course, feel very bad for those who are ill and those who have died of covid 19. I want to see an end to this.

I wish you and your famly well. I do think you misunderstood me. My brother is high risk & so is his 15 year old son (severe asthma) so I single no one out. I lost my best friend to Covid 19 in May and this made it even more real for me.

Your seriously comparing the Spanish flu to covid... Ok...
The 1917 Spanish flu killed over 50 million people... Covid has killed less than 1 million
Covid just kills the elderly... 1917 killed everyone including the healthiest of people in their 20s and 30s
Spanish flu never caused any government to close down... Covid has caused many countries to close down unlike ever before
And we have better herd immunity after the Spanish flu, yet there was not one vaccine used.
Even now in this age they only vaccinate the weak against influenza.

We should be thankful we got sick as kids and healed from it building a strong immunesystem. We do not need govermental control screwing our kids up for diseases they cure naturally from.
Especially not from dicators having let migrants unscreened with TBC and tyfoid in European schools.

Time we regime change our very own dicators.

People must be doing something right in the covid19 as opposed dto the 1917 Spanish flu for millions died int the former while not so many in the covid19 due to precautions.

As for only striking and killing th eelderly, I think you had better pay attention to the fact that they are mainly in rest homes and ailing alread. They do not auto-generate the virus, it is brought in to them where they are concentrated. I am 76, feel fine, and I keep social distance and wear a mask. The two latter I do for the sake of others for I could have generated the virus and I could pass it on

If you have a brain, please, by all means use it.

Spanish flu was a killer virus. It had a mortality rate of over 2.5%. Average age of death 28yo
Covid is a very mild virus. It has a mortality rate similar to the flu at under 0.3%. Average age of death 82yo

If you have a brain, please, by all means use it.
By law we have to be be muzzled every time we leave home... I modified mine

Think on this please.

When we read the Word we see how society always took precautions against leprosy by isolation themselves from lepers. How did they do this_ The sent the lepers away from the populace and the populace was not allowed to go near them.

The above cautions did not absolutely eliminate the disease but it certainly curtailed the lion's portion of it spreading.

Covid19 is very similar, and the precautions are joist that, precautions. Please do not think you are being picked on simply for being asked to be careful.

As for the mask, it is quite easy to speak with one on. What kind of mask is a muzzle that you have had?

this is the first time in history healthy have been 'quarantined" .
More is coming out now confirming that it was an engineered virus.
If the disposable paper mask is the difference between life and death, why don't we need to dispose of them in red bio-hazard bags? With a mortality rate as low as we know it is, much lower than seasonal flu, if a mask wearer is doing so " for the protection of others", then they will need to wear one the rest of they're lives.

True... That is interesting... They basically quarantined the lepers... Like it says in Leviticus 13
Notice that they never quarantined the healthy... They never shut down whole cities...

Covid19 is very similar, and the precautions are joist that, precautions.
Is that how we're going to view each other now... Like potential lepers... In fear of one another... Every human is now a bio hazard...

Please do not think you are being picked on simply for being asked to be careful.
Here in Melbourne we're not being asked... We're being forced...

As for the mask, it is quite easy to speak with one on. What kind of mask is a muzzle that you have had?
We are muzzled here... It is a criminal offence now to have an opinion that doesn't adhere to the mainstream narrative
And new laws coming in, we can be detained, without trial, indefinitely, for simply disagreeing with the government

Over here we have the strictest and longest lockdowns in the world. We are under a unique political situation where our state premier has carte blanche... I know no one with covid but everyone i know has been damaged by these tyrannical lockdown

Now I am not going to go past your saying lock down is quarantine. Lock down is people staing in except for necessities for their own good because the carriers (lepers) are outside their homes. unseen.

This is not quarantine. Quarantine is for those who are know to be positive for the virus ,ept in by law, in order not to contaminate others.

Since this is changed around in your post, I am afraid to continue.

Your post really makes me feel for you. It's true, people have no idea how crazy it is out there unless they have to deal with it all the time. I don't work in your industry, we are a small construction co. and do residential work. Praying for people helps. Sometimes I think it helps the person who prays, even more than the one prayed for, IDK. It must be hard to have that much fear that every person you encounter could potentially be the ONE that has the killer invisible bug that will kill you. In their minds it's Russian Roulette every time they come in contact with anybody, dogs included...how sad.

My opinion, it is quite clever of the enemy to concoct this psyop. It has turned everybody against everybody, don't come near me you might kill me, and for petes sake don't let me see your face so I might connect with you and experience a warm human emotion.

But we have to strengthen ourselves in our LORD. He knows our troubles better than we ourselves. Please don't ever think of harming yourself! Be careful with those anti-depressants, I hope you come off them soon.

I will when this stuff is done, I have my mom monitoring me and she said I will only be taking them if I keep going to therapy. I was just doing therapy, but it wasn't working. I've been on antidepressants before (But off them trying around January this year, to change and it was honestly just bad timing with this virus stuff)it and being on them has helped me a lot, I used to cry at everything, not knowing why, but now it has stopped and I feel calmer, it doesn't help that my disability sometimes can make me emotional very easily.

Yeah, I haven't had anyone for awhile to bad stuff or freak out at me, but just knowing it could happen worries me, I constantly give me worries and will to the lord, but I'm human and will mess up. Yeah I've had a history of having thoughts of wanting to die/hurt myself, so stress, tension at the store, and my own emotional instability made the thoughts come back, just thinking: "There is no hope, it would be better if I caught the virus and if I die, then so be it.", it honestly reminded me of how
I used to be in college, when I first started taking antidepressants.

But yeah, I'm just honestly glad I live with my mom and stepdad, I can't imagine living by myself, going through this stress, it might have turned out a whole lot worse. So everyone just needs to chill and not be worried seeing someone not wearing a mask, IT'S THEIR DESCSION, if they die from it then so be it, not saying I want people to die, I definitely don't, but people should have the free will to do whatever they want in life, sometimes it's the bad decisions that should make us wiser. I remember back in February, I got cocky and sped past some cops to get to work faster, they pulled me over and gave me my first ticket, and man I threw THE HUGEST FIT ever, my mom said I was lucky they didn't put me in jail, I didn't hit the cops, I just cried and screamed "LIFE SUCKS! EVERYTHING SUCKS!!!" as I cried into my driver seat as I was on my knees in the parking lot, but now after that happened, I'm a lot more careful around cops. So it's learning from our mistakes, that makes us wise, or I like to believe so, lol. I also like to believe the lord knew I was getting cocky in driving, so he used me getting a ticket to help me grow up and get a bit wiser.

My own understanding by faith is that I do not need to keep the social distance, wear a mask etc, however as a believe in Yeshua I do believe in order to attract others to the Lamb of Yah I must abstain from all appearance of evil when it does not amount to sin.

Appearing safe, and loving others no matter, should not detract others from knowing Yeshua through y own example to them.

As it is I( must go out and mix every time I leave my house for essentials or for medical attention. It does not bother me in th eleasst nor am I an any fear of contagion. I know where I lvie, Spain, the young people are wrecking havoc around the country having overnight parties and passing on the but to each other.

The sad thing about this is they usually in fect a sibing, parent or grandparent because of this whil they remain a carrier. My neighbor in front of my place died from covid19, but no one else near.

All who believe they are under attack, may continue doing so. I am not.

You would much prefer it here in Melbourne...

Less than 1,000 covid deaths. Less than 100 daily cases.
Can't work
Curfew from 8pm to 6am.
Can't visit people and they can't visit u
Can only leave home for 1 hour for exercise, shopping or medical
Can't travel more than 5km from home
Can't leave the country, state or city.
$5,000 fines for anyone caught trying to escape town
Must wear a mask
Protesting is illegal. Talking about protests is illegal even on social media.
Now they want the power to detain "conspiracy theorists", protesters and "covid deniers" for as long as they want without trial.

Oh ye u would love it here. And those restrictions are staying unless the state can get down to 5 cases per day for 2 weeks... Impossible... But that would only remove some restrictions... They want 0 cases for 2 weeks to lift more restrictions and 0 cases in the whole country for 1 month to get to a "covid normal" which is still a nightmare dystopia.

Church has been closed since March. No weddings or baptisms or anything but funerals where only 10 people can attend... Our state premier has full power. He has closed parliament and is implimenting all this rubbish in his own like a tyrant

I need to get out of this state so I can work but they won't let me... All my family and friends have been hurt by these stupid lock downs.

Frankly, idid not realize it is carried so far in any western country. As for Spain, it is prestty much like you do what you will but if you get goofy about what you do, you will suffer the conseauences.
