John 11:35 "And Jesus Wept"
[FONT=verdana, sans-serif]Have you ever stopped to wonder what could possibly bring tears to the eyes of God? Can you imagine the face of Jesus moist with his own tears? Are they tears of weakness or of strength? Of fear or compassion?[/FONT]
[FONT=verdana, sans-serif]Aside from this instant there are 3 recorded events in the bible where Jesus Cried, and each significantly different:[/FONT]
[FONT=verdana, sans-serif]John 11:5 when Jesus arrived in Lazarus' home town and found that Lazarus was dead. These were Tears of Sympathy, Jesus loved Mary, Martha and Lazarus dearly. So his decision to not go to Bethany straight away when he learned that Lazarus was ill, was not only to allow Jesus a chance to demonstrate his divine power, but to connect intimately with Lazarus' sisters, in sharing their pain.[/FONT]
[FONT=verdana, sans-serif]Luke 19:41-44 Luke records an episode here. As they drew closer to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, Jesus saw the city ahead and he began to weep. This was such a remarkable moment in Jesus' life. Jesus wept as a sign of Sorrow, why? Because they did not accept their opportunity for salvation, which was Jesus. His very own people will crucify him.
Heb 5:7 it records that during the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death. Remember the Garden of Gestemane? These were tears of struggle. When we face life's challenges and when we struggle and our faith is tested, we will cry.
So what is the point I'm trying to make? SIMPLE - SOME THING ARE WORTH CRYING ABOUT!

Father and son, connected by the Spirit of truth from father to us all by the resurrected Christ inj Spirit and truth
John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Wondering, it has always from day one been by the Spirit and truth for life in Father, has it not, live by Faith, is to live in Spirit truth, yes or no?

Doesn't it seem like some of the OT people must have known God?? I wonder how they were able to do it without Christ??

5 .) They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.
6 .) He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.
7 .) In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.
8 .) He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
9 .) They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust.
10 .) The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.

18 .) Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.
