DO YOU THINK THE U.N.A AND THE PRESIDENT SHOULD TAKE AWAY OUR RIGHTS N FREEDOMS OF THE USA TO OWN A FIREARM?
Seriously though, I agree with Deadtosin. We've had ALOT of people try to break into our house. Even in the middle of the day, you see people walking down the street trying car trunks and door handles. People should be able to have some sort of self-defense like a gun in the house.

As passed by the Congress:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
As ratified by the States and authenticated by Thomas Jefferson, Secretary of State:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.[8]

You are presuming that if you own and possess a gun, the President will pass a law take the gun away. Where does this idea come from? You have every right to own and possess a gun or many. The President can suggest that stores stop selling them or the stores can adapt a no-sell gun attitude as with Wal-Mart and the AK-47s. But the President cannot change the Constitution. The state governors have the right to pass executive orders to ban the carrying certain guns such as the case with long barrel rifles aimed at the Oath Keepers and their show.

Define 'well-regulated.' You seem to be well-versed in naming the rights of individuals like every other person claiming those rights.

In other words, we do not have a book or pamphlet describing what the Militia rules and procedures are that can be purchased by the public. The Militia is divided into 3 parts: The National Guard, The Naval Militia, and the State Militia. The regular citizens of the country are not the Militia. Groups with guns are not militias. The State Militias that were not formed before the Militia Act of 1880 are not a well regulated musterable trainable Militia. You can become a member to train with the Militia and there is an order for the calling out by the governor of the Militias. The National Guard is called out first and/or the Naval Militia and then after all the resources of those Militias have been used, then the State Militias are called.

President can do little of what you say. The Congress is the only body politic that can author Law. That is why they are known as the Legislature. President can push for such laws, and this President has been pushing hard since he took office. He can do certain things through Executive Orders, but he can not legislate.

What he is doing is using his power to go after types of ammunition. By restricting/outlawing certain types of ammunition, he will effectively render weapons useless, except for expensive head knockers.

Anti gun folks have been working for years to get rid of guns.......and they will continue to do so.

Don't know what State you live in, but this description given is not uniformed Nationwide............and your definition of Militia isn't accurate in my opinion. National Guard members are "citizen soldiers." Thus they are "regular citizens" of the State they reside in who have volunteered to serve in the Guard.

Regardless, every citizen who meets the legal standards have a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. This Constitutional right was established by the Founding Fathers in order to assure that the "citizens" of our Nation had the ability to protect themselves against an overbearing, out of control Government. State or National.

JESUS NEVER CARRIED A WEAPON OR HIS FOLLWERS<JESUS WAS FOR WEAPON/GUN CONTROL.
With what did Peter cut off the ear of the priest's servant when Jesus was arrested? Please read Luke 22:36.

I am sitting here looking at the word (rights)... rights means i am entitled to some(thing)... if I'm entitled to some (thing) I can be controlled by it... which leads me to look at jesus... He "gave up"all his rights by his own will.. He was a slave to nothing

Your reasoning is seriously flawed!
