Do you guys measure your body fat percentages? If so, what method of measurement do you use and/or prefer?
My gym has an Inbody analysis machine. It gives me a near-accurate reading of the body fat, the body fluids and the lean muscle mass. I have found the analysis to be fairly consistent with how I "feel" about my own body. :)

Yes. I built a squat rack out of 4x4's and attached them together with metal plates and hangers.

I use 1" black iron for the safety bars. Its really strong.

All my exercises are barbell exercises except I have a pull-up bar that attaches to a door frame and a leg curl/extension attachment on the end of the weight bench.

And a bicycle trainer that I got online for indoor cardio. Its too cold to consistently go outside.

Today was deadlift day. Tomorrow will be cardio.
Whoa, this is awesome. I want to set up my own gym when I have the money to do it. ;)

Yesterday was shoulders/triceps day and it went swell!
Dips
Smith machine shoulder press
Cable side raises
Landmine press
Dumbbell lateral side raises
Bench dips
French press
Triceps rope pushdowns

My new program had me do chin-ups (10) x5.

Then I added ez bar curls (10) x5.

My biceps have been sore for 2 days.

I'm sure after squat day, today, I will forget all about the soreness in my biceps...

I've been putting peanut butter in my protein shake.

Its delicious.

I started off with extra crunchy in the blender because that was what we had. I kind of liked crunching on the little pieces of peanuts on the bottom of the glass.

But then I bought creamy. Now there are no more little pieces of peanuts on the bottom.

Someone recently told me there is peanut butter powder. Not sure how I feel about that. I like to lick the spoon after I scoop out the peanut butter. It just wouldn't be the same with powder...

Yeah, I typically don't use banana except in my protein shakes.
When I was 21 I went to go visit my sister in Colorado because of a depression I was going through after a bad relationship. I was drinking and using drugs at the time, and I had just about every bad habit you can think of. What was supposed to be 3 weeks turned into 3 months. Over the course of the summer she put me on a cleanse. She taught me about holistic healing. Traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture. Mediation. These all worked for her after trying for years unsuccessfully to conceive. Within six weeks of adopting this lifestyle she was pregnant! Even though I was a skeptic, I thought to myself what do I have to lose? Within ten days I started seeing results. I started running (one of the best exercises you can do). I had more energy. I slept better. But even things I didn’t expect happened. My allergies went away and my pours cleared up. I used to get really bad acne, especially around my neck. It went away. I still ate meat (she’s a vegan), but it wasn’t fast food anymore. It was lean, organic farm fresh eggs and fruit, veggies, lots of fish. I even went on a reality show that was filmed in Denver that summer and competed for a cash prize which I won. But the most important thing was I gained sobriety and my depression lifted. Today I’m much happier. I’m not saying what worked for me will work for anyone else, but never give up!

Peanut butter powder? I'm with ya, I don't know how I feel about that. Peanut butter in protein shakes at delicious. My boyfriend makes fun of me all the time for putting it in, though.

What flavor of protein shake is your favorite?
