Make your requests known unto God. He already knows them; He is merely wanting you to draw near and know Him.

James 4~ God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you.

I heard on youtube someone say that God does not want you to share your struggles outwardly. Also, they mentioned something about demons might pick up on this your feelings as it’s a public forum to attack you further.
I don’t know if there’s any biblical truth to this, but there could be, I just haven’t researched it. I know that God doesn’t want you to complain but since we are, we would be complaining to brothers and sisters in Christ. I don’t know if that’s OK or not OK any thoughts?
Cast thy burdens upon the Lord.

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Cast thy burdens upon the Lord.

Matthew 11:28-30 Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. :)

Hebrews 4:14a-16 Let us hold firmly to what we profess. For we do not have a high priest who
is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who was tempted in every way that we are, yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
