Good morning, p_rehbein. I hope you were able to get some rest last night. My prayers go with you this morning as you head out to worship, fellowship, and to start saying goodbye. I wish I had some words of comfort for you, anything to help fill the emptiness in your heart. I know you will find solace with your church family, my prayers are with them, too. Please know that you are in my thoughts and I am praying for you.

Good morning! Hope all have a blessed day. I challenge you to give three people complements today, you never know how much that can make someone's day :)
That is the kind of challenge that I can definitely rise to. Can I start by saying that you are a very pretty young lady? Welcome to cc, Faithful. I hope you make many new friends here and enjoy the fellowship.

Thank you very much, homwardbound. Do you want to know what I have found amazing? After I was saved, the bible became so much clearer to me. I understood the Word more than I ever had before in my life. I love reading it and, like you said, finding the truth in the Word. God is so glorious, the way He opened my eyes--I cannot praise Him enough. But, that does not stop me from trying:)

Have a blessed day.
You are like an apple on an apple tree, once born in and through the branch, it is a perfect apple, just not mature yet (ripe) and is growing in the tree on it's way to maturity.
See us as the same when we first believed, God has gone to work in growing us up. We can be delayed but not eaten until it is time and we are ripe by God to be eaten, mature and ripe for others to take a bite and believe as well
.
For there are a lot of fake tress and when we take bites we get a mouth full of wax and realize they are fake and God uses this to teach us truth over error
Nothing the devil or evil flesh can do to take away our salvation, so it is out to stop others from seeing this truth that has now been revealed to you. It stops one by keeping one with a consciousness of sin, trying to not let it by Christ ever be purged

· Hebrews 10:1
[ Christ’s Sacrifice Once for All ] The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming—not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship.
· Hebrews 10:2
Otherwise, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins.
· Hebrews 10:10
And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Thank you. I enjoy these threads because they are so positive and uplifting. I am happy that you have found a brother in homwardbound--he is a pretty special guy. It is nice to have a place to give thanks to God and have fellowship with some pretty special people:) Hugs to you, too.
Thank you and you are my Sisters here for support in the truth that God does just love us and we respond to this love given to us by Father through Christ

Sunday morning...........Mom's at home with Jesus, and I am preparing to journey to my home church to fellowship and worship God, and to mourn the passing of my Mother, and a dear friend to all my church family.........While we mourn, our mourning is not for her, rather for our loss...........

Someone asked me last night how I was doing...........well, it was hard to come up with the right words to express what I was feeling then and now this morning..........best I could do was to say that my heart hurts........and there is a very real sense of emptiness........a loss of a presence........I know she is no longer in this world..........and while I rejoice that she is home with the Lord, I hurt for my loss of her loving presence in my life.

God bless you each and every one.
Hang in there Brother, and see it as a welcome her to her new location as soon as you can, I do understand as my family has all passed on except one brother and Sister, out of five siblings total, seven of us including Mom and Dad.
It took me a long time to finally welcome them all to their new location
As I heard a story of a man opening up a new business, and got a note with the flowers on grand opening, that said rest in peace, and got angry over this and called the florist. The florist said you should here what the people at the funeral called and said what is this welcome to your new location.
I heard this and my eyes opened and i welcomed them all to their new location where there is no more suffering and or pain.
100% of us die and I know of no improvement that can be done in this fact. So I rejoice for them and remember all the good times and things each taught me, to prayerfully bring others to believe God at God;'s word to us each to be real

Good morning. I pray everyone is doing well today. I am finally feeling better today. My flu turned into strep throat.....aren't I the lucky one? I am so thankful to God for the abilities of my doctor to find and treat the illness I have had. I sincerely hope that this post finds everyone else in good health.

Have a blessed day:)

Thank you and it was not until I saw this deep, I saw I could not do this love as God loves until I saw:

1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.

Then I saw this as I pray this for all:

[h=3]Ephesians 3:16-18[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]16 [/SUP]that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; [SUP]17 [/SUP]that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, [SUP]18 [/SUP]may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

Anmd a super good morning to all

Good morning.........very early this Sunday morning......... :) About 3:38 AM.

This will be the first Sunday morning since we laid my Mom to rest. Going to church without her will be very different, and all of the congregation is mourning her passing. Yet, they have been a blessing to me and my family during this time. I thank God for each and everyone of them.

Hope all of you have a chance to gather with other believers and worship God this day.

Good morning p_rehbein
Good morning all.

The sun is shining, the snow on the trees glitters like diamonds. I am surrounded by God's beauty!
It's a good day to be alive!

May you feel close to God this day, may you be a blessing to all who you encounter!
May your praise be from the heart and you spirit lifted with gladness!

Here I am, late again.............9:40 PM and I'm saying good morning............actually just saying "hello!" :)

I know the feeling of not being a morning person sometimes...............some mornings are better spent in bed, head fully covered with a warm, fuzzy blankie..................and enjoying the peace and quiet of a late morning snooze.........

And, other mornings, it's good to be up early and about the work of the day............

:)

I love to make people smile.

I have done a bit of square dancing but it's been a very long time.
It's too bad too. I like square dancing more then any other type of dancing I have ever done. It was a lot of fun!

I didn't dance much. For the longest time I never really knew how. My mother didn't allow us to go to dances or to even dance at home. She meant well but I think she went overboard on that issue.

So now I kinda like to dance and my lovely wife is teaching me, slowely and painfully, for her. Oppps, sorry about that foot dear!
I dance like a sand hill crane. lots of jumping around and flapping my wings. :)

Do you dance?
