A Holiness Church is simply a Church that believes in the Holy Spirit. There are a lot of folks who do not believe in the Holy Spirit..............they deny the Holy Trinity............

Yes, the gifts imparted by the Holy Spirit are for the purpose of edifying the Church. For doing the work of the Kingdom. And, yes, there is a difference between the "gifts" and the "fruits" of the Holy Spirit.
