On the other hand if a person is struggling with sexual temptation, why would
they bring it to the public forum knowing the majority will not be in agreement,
therefore bringing the feeling of depression and suicidal thoughts? Would that
not be like playing Russian roulette? May all Christians come together in agreement
those who are asking for help, please pray ~ I pray if you are having issues the
Lord hear your cry for help ~ Also, something I learned. When one is going through
temptation, talking about it and trying to fight it, keeps it alive in us. So it is
wise to not keep feeding it by discussion. Find a place of peace where the Lord
is lifted up and the Word is spoken. Satan won't stay around tormenting when
Jesus is walking with us. God help all who are trying to stay away from the things
of the world ~
On the other hand though is isn't right for them to hide and lie about what they're dealing with. I'm friends with celibate homosexuals who are open and honest about how they feel and what their struggles are. I commend them for having the courage to be open about what's going on inside their hearts and minds. I'll also stand up and say that almost every single one of these people are on fire for Jesus and the fruit of the spirit in their lives is very evident.
