after theyve transitioned or you know them as they were transitioning

well not being a boss or having had that scenario I would just deal with it the way God leads me to deal with it.
In the Bible there was a trans where a (male) demon was inhabiting a females body and it got called out of her.
All demons are male, females are unique to humans and animals, but all celestial (spiritual beings are male), there is no female angels.

Wait, why are we automatically assuming he will flip out?

I could find a video where a republican flips out and starts yelling and cussing at a trans person. That doesn't mean it's normal for conservatives to do that, any more than it means trans people always or even usually flip out about it.
I didn't say all.

really I thought angels were no gender.

You can have male and female plants and also male and female on one flower. Though some plants reproduce asexually eg ferns, or by division.

I would just treat them like any other person regardless of gender it not as if females are treated any better than males, a lot of the time non christians treat females worse than males. I would also just call anyone by the name they wish to be called by and answer to, and not talk about them behind their backs and just use their names.

I dont think I deserve any special treatment just because of what gender I am. I think having a non binary person challenges peoples ideas of male and female, when in Christ we are neither male nor female, and so speaking soul to soul none of us can say we are this or that just the whole person is not the flesh and blood part of who we are but the spirit.

Anyway the Holy Spirit in the Bible is often likened to female and referred in that manner (see proverbs) but shouldnt matter as spirit is not flesh.

As a Christian what should we do.
As a Christian you would sit down with this person and tell him that pretending to be a woman does not change a man. So he will be treated as a man and not be allowed into the ladies' rest room. So if that is not how he wants it then it is best to not even start work at this location. Men walking into areas with women and exposing themselves to women is unacceptable. Not only that but this person will aggressively try to influence others to this cult.

I’ll explain, here’s the scenario: You are the boss of a new employee a biological male who is transitioning to be a female (as if), a “Trans Woman”.
What pronouns will you use, are you going to use the pronouns he/his/him and crush his feelings (they are so sensitive). Or, would you use the pronouns she/hers/her, state reason for either choice.

As a Christian what should we do.
I'd stick with the truth, not his / her lie... even if that meant dismissal. Now, if they preferred a woman's name (while being a biological man), I'd call them that. But, that is as far as I'd go and no further. As Picard once said, here we draw the line and no further! :D

The King James Version of the Bible used thee and thou as well

And often used the word 'man' meaning humans or people, including women, not just male.
But you could also look at the original Greek and Hebrew provided you can read can understand it.

Also it does say God is not a man that he can lie lol.

Wasnt it the fallen angels that preyed on women? The holy angels did not, they were not given to marriage. Ther was also the head covering given to women because of the angels. I always wanted to know what that was all about, were the angels attracted to womens hair?

Some angels are female... in some way. As angels, they are all males (to the best of my knowledge), but there are angels that have the female gender due to what gender they are as animals. Remember, Satan is a serpent; a dragon, in fact. So, there are other angels that are animals, too. Animals are both male and female, so some of the angels are female when they are in animal form.

The Holy Spirit/Holy Ghost is not a female. He is a male. You must have read a strange translation when you read the Bible, Lanolin.

I would use the person’s name instead of pronouns… the name that was provided when the person was hired, until and unless they present official papers certifying a legal change of name.

We aren’t legally obliged to support others’ opinions.

God made male and female. No matter how a person tries to change their gender they are still what they were born with. Their body parts tell the story. A male can try to be a female, but he is still a male. Same goes for a female she can try to change to a male, but she is still a female. We are living as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah wicked as it can be. Come Quickly, Lord Jesus!

Howdy LightOfMyLife and welcome to the forum.

The question is not whether transgender is right or wrong. The question is how a christian handles it on the job with a trans coworker.
