It Is What God's Love Did For Us,

As Paul talks about ego and boasting and making
ourselves the center of what is happening. In all

that we do, we do with the love of God since He is
the center of all things. We are the conduit that He
relies on to help Him according to all that Jesus
came on earth to teach us. In the process of helping
others, the side effects are that we are helping each
other and ourselves. We grow in spirit each day as
we glorify God and give all that we do to Him. This
way we are followers of His will before we are the
leaders of His will. We can't give away something
that we don't have ourselves. So if we don't fully
respond to God's will, we are empty in how we pass
it on. We are not God but we can be God's vessel
to the world.

So very true. We seem to be on the same beam of Light much of the time. Just about ten minutes ago I was thinking, "Oh I can do nothing right. Nothing I do is right." Then the truth popped up like a lightening bolt. Of course I do nothing right for anything I do is totally unimportant. It is God's love and will through each of us that ocunts, and we arfe not the ones who generate it. It is always god. So I suppose when I get down about what I cannot do, which does not amount to a hill of beans, I will just wait on our Father's will, and do accordingly. God bless you always for thinking out loud for the rest of us...j

Guys I have a slight problem. Im more focussed on my own effort or failures or future hypotheticals. In short neurosis. Worry.
Why cant I just let God take over? Am I too stubborn?

As long as you are aable to understand what you are asking you are right on track. Never rely on what flesh is able to do, not even your own. Wait on the Lord......…….it may seem a long while but He will.

So you battle with your flesh on a regular basis... Sounds like a Christian to me. Because here we are saved and born again yet a dead corps hangs on us like a coat weighing us down, and it is a burden.

It happens to most. The only way is through prayer.
It takes commitment; like saying to yourself...Lord I
surrender to you, it is no longer my own will be done
but your will my God. Keep promising yourself even
if you go astray a little bit. Get back on track. God
bless you and be with you.
