Anyone have any experiences with Lucid Dreaming?

I have been thinking about starting up again (every so often) and I just wanted to know what the Christian community thinks about the topic... I don't really see it as a bad thing as long as you are pursuing pure dreams. but anyway, these are my thoughts! Please let me know

I take it you can consciously initiate this? I've had a few occasions where I happen to find myself aware within a dream, and could direct the situation somewhat, and then awoke a few moments later. I've never tried to initiate it though.

I prefer to manipulate reality. (jk) :p
