I'm not sure I believe that..... Oh, I believe you dress modestly, but you appear to be very "gawkable".... I'm sure guys check you out on a regular basis.... I think that's human nature....
I think that we should get away from the description "sexy" when describing an attractive woman (or man). There is a big difference between being an attractive person, and being deliberately "sexy".
I drive past a park every morning, and many times there are both boys and girls from the high school running laps around it. WAY too many of the girls are running in tight, clingy shirts, and little tiny shorts, that when I was in high school, would have been considered panty briefs. That is a deliberate attempt to be "sexy"... About 20% of the girls are wearing regular running shorts and looser, breathable tops... and while they are attractive girls, they are not trying to be sexy.
There is a difference, and most women/girls know what that difference is.

She does dress very modestly but there's no doubt about how naturally beautiful and feminine she is.
