When stressed or nervous I pop my fingers and toes. obsessively. :p

If sitting at a desk or the like I tap my fingers on the top of the desk to the tune of the lone ranger.

Mindlessly clicking an ink pen - point out - point in..... over and over until someone looks at me with the really are you going to keep making that noise? Oh, was I doing that?....nervous habit... Or clicking fingernails on any surface again making noise.... Or tapping a pen on any surface.....noise again.....

I eat when I'm nervous or stressed. Not the best of habits, I have to admit.

Used to pop my toes all the time...used the toes from one foot to pop the toes on the other foot. Was pretty cool actually.

I eat when I'm nervous. And when I'm bored. And when unhappy. And when I'm angry. And sometimes just because the food is there...
But back to nervous habits. I get fumble-fingered and talk to fast and sometimes start stuttering. It's really sad.

Yeah. Fortunately it's not all the time, or even most of the time. It's just when I feel pressured to talk and don't really have anything to say, if that makes sense.

I can actually pop my toes just by bending them as hard as I can. I do that a lot, so I suppose it's a habit. But not a nervous one.
