I know the feeling before heart surgery I took 13 pills in the morning and 6 at night today I got some bad news that my bank changed companies and if I don't have 200 at least in bank at the end of the month i get charged! not helping any really. And my sister just freaked out on me so my family and bank are not helping the now frequent suicidal thoughts lol So here I am trying to cool down :3
Yeah, you definitely have stress in your life. I will say a prayer for God to calm you down and to help you get the necessary funds in the bank by the end of the month. Financials stress me too yet somehow the bills always get paid on time. My wife and I have a rather large life insurance bill that needs to be paid next month. We just got finished paying off our car insurance until February. Hopefully, when she files for Social Security in a few months that will ease our financial strain tremendously but until then we have to trust in God.

That's a lot to stack. Been there frequently so I get the stress. I've felt suicidal at various times in my past as well. So at the very least you aren't alone in how you're feeling.

Try sitting on a block of ice. That'll keep you cool +1

I lived in Maine for 8 years and compared to Florida their 'traffic' is almost non-existent yet the local life-long residents complain. I lived in Orlando for over 20 years and currently reside in Clearwater that is wedged in between Tampa and St. Petersburg. Traffic was worse in Orlando though but still can be bad here depending on rush hour. Just the metro area alone where I live has over 4 times the population of the entire state of Maine.
I'm vaguely familiar with Clearwater. I used to go to St Pete for concerts.
And a year ago I was in Kissimmee visiting.

Pizza is good comfort food that's for sure.
Unless when you walk in the waitress COMPLETELY ignores you.
When I walked in a couple walked in behind me about 4 feet back. She greeted them and ignored me. She had to look through me to greet them haha.
She their drink orders, then took the drink orders for people who just came in. Walking past me repeatedly.
Finally someone else came along and I mentioned it to them and they helped me.
I think it was the owners son, too. Muahahahahahaaaaa

While some may be able to greatly reduce or extinguish depression with lifestyle changes, many cannot.
And stress accompanies depression so there is no separation.
Also strong enough stress over time can cause depression. So the notion that it's an eaither or option doesn't make sense.

Also how does an anti-inflammatory pain medication help stress?
Pain causes stress........inflammation is a leading cause of most illnesses......

Reduce the pain...........reduce the stress
