Three favorites of mine are about dancing, romance and a splash of drama.
'Strickly Ballroom' an entertaining story about fixed 'ballroom dancing' with funny characters from Australia.
'Step Up' of course w/Jenna Dewan who married costar Channing Tatum irl lots of drama here but a solid storyline.
'Take the Lead' w/A Banderas portraying the real-life dance instructor, Pierre Dulaine, who brought 'Dancing Classrooms' to low-income high schools.

I like that type of show also, with dance, or skating. An excellent one I saw
a while back was called High Strung, from 2016, rated PG. It was fabulous .

My top favorite movie is They Live (1988)
some other faves:
Once Upon a Time in the West (1968)
The Blob (1988)
Freaks (1932)
Southern Comfort (1981)
Invasion U.S.A. (1985)
and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005). I did not like the 1971 film at all and that's okay 'cause Roald Dahl didn't like that version either.

Yes. This movie is incredible. This scene, the scene where Robards is on the train, the street scene where Choo-choo's men attempt to ambush Fonda, and more...a lot of good scenes. For me, definitely a very close second to They Live.

The soundtracks for Sergio Leone movies created by Ennio Moricone are also amazing and have made a lasting impression on me.

It's one of the most popular B movies after it was made. For some reason I think it might not have been promoted at the theaters. It's been too long since I heard the interview with Roddy.
