The last operating drive-thru in the US was near here in covina, ca and I actually took a date there once back in like 1999 lol. Don't know if it's still there.

A drive-in that is active still exists just north of Enderby, BC. I know, because I drove past it last night, and we almost stopped and watched a movie.
I think that is the last drive-in in Canada.
There are actually and amazingly quite a few left!
