Excuse me, but here is something I regret:

"I most confess that I regret that the people I have liked have gone elsewhere, and I had no clue to know who they are or who they will be, in case they come back to CC"

I could write down the list of several nicknames or persons I have liked but, I would try to make this my personal rule: "Easy comes, easy goes..."

I've liked you too and I hope, if I'm granted access to heaven, two angels introduce me to you FIRST than others.

Hmm!
Were U trying to quote that where the Lord said the sins I do not forgive will make me guilty for those I have done?
Hey, Antonio! :)

i was thinking more along these lines...

Is. 43:25
I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.

Heb. 8:12
For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.

The pass for me represent the lessons I learned. And to move on. God forgives us and gives is a chance to forgive our selves. When someone brings it up or a thought comes in mind I remind my self that God took care of it and to let it go. :)

Regrets are a part of being human because we all sin.
We think, say and do the wrong things, hopefully less
and less as we mature.

One of the blessings of Heaven is that no one will have
a sin nature. Its gone forever. Just that one aspect makes
Heaven astounding. We will not be able to sin, and (as I see it)
God's righteousness in us comes to full bloom. His perfect
standard is our standard and life forever. The past will be
forgotten, and replaced with our amazing eternal life with God.

Maybe we should start forgetting the past now. Paul the murdering
persecutor of Christians did this and he had a lot to regret. So did
Peter who denied the Lord three times. Both went on to greatness.

Romans 8:1 Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Philipians 3:13 ... but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,

Isaiah 65:17 "For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth;
And the former things will not be remembered or come to mind."

Some small things if I really think about it, but the biggest one I regret is not going to college and getting a degree and a good job. But I sure couldn't know in the future that I would be a single mom with three kids.

What I regret are some things I have said, since everything said has effects that ripple outward into people's lives, no matter how small it started.

It only has taught me to watch my words more carefully. I'm almost too cautious on this forum sometimes when I want to be bolder. Oh well.... I like the ripples not to be big waves.

I think the thing that makes me regret things I've said and done, because non-Christians are unforgiving of those mistakes. And while I know that shouldn't bother me, it makes those people look down upon me, and you hear those remarks of:

"He can't be a Christian because he....."

Because before you become a Christian; you simply don't understand how becoming a child of the King makes you feel, and makes you change. It makes you want to completely rid yourself of your past, and look towards nothing but the future.

So I think that aspect makes me regret my past more than anything. So many people who don't know the Lord are so unforgiving, and it causes them to look down upon Christians.

Regrets....yep I have them and when I look at the laundry list of them most have to do with how I wasted time or feel as though I have disappointed God. But I know God can make good out of a bad situation and if I could change my life I would probably say no as those experiences have made me who I am today and since my life has ended up where I am then God knew this is where I'd be so the best I could do at this point is.....

Not waste any more time and totally rely on God for what happens to me from this point forward. Keep an open line with God and talk to Him throughout the day and ask Him to be with me and help me with each choice I have to make so that I don't make the same mistakes that happened in the past. Ask for Him to fill me with the Holy Spirit and keep my eyes on Jesus. I am not saying that I do this as I am still very far from perfect, but this is what I want and seek to do with God's help.

I don't dwell on my regrets because at this point other than asking for forgiveness for the mistakes I made there is nothing else I can do to change what happened in the past. But I can ask God to help me make the changes needed to be in His will for the future and walk with Him day by day. It hasn't been a bad walk so far and I look forward to walking right into heaven with Him leading the way.
