Sorry bro but life does not revolve around you, I was informed by a friend about a young man who he took to a healing meeting. When he went, he had one hand. When he left he had two.
I was challenged on the veracity of the event because I didn't take a camera and photograph it. Of course, I should have realized I always need to take a camera to meetings because God might show up.
Anyway I have been a Christian for over 60 years and to date I have not seen one single camera in a meeting. I wonder why?

My Heavenly Father raised my Dad back to life when I was a little boy. He had a motorcycle accident and ran full speed into a telephone pole with his bare head.
The details aren't something I will add as a mere post. It's worthy of a book. I have part of it written in rough draft, along with many other miracles. Perhaps when published, it will encourage faith in the lost and bring them to Christ. God brought my Dad back to life then AND saved my Dad's life many times since then when the doctors gave up hope. The biggest miracle by far is when he trusted Jesus as his Savior at the dinner table. We will be together again.
If there is anyone reading this, please take time to prayerfully consider the following.

I was not discussing miracles in general; I was only addressing one specific incident from one specific article.
So let's go through the arguments you gave to rebut my post:

I never said that it did, and this has nothing to do with anything I said.
* I was only addressing one specific incident from one specific article... this has nothing to do with anything I said.

Again, some other incident you heard about, from a friend, has nothing to do with anything I was addressing.

But we're all literally here on this thread, for the sole purpose of discussing this.... it doesn't seem reasonable to tell me to stop discussing the thing we're all here discussing.

CONCLUSION:
A.) I'm sorry that I hit a nerve, and upset some people... it wasn't my intention to hurt anyone's feelings.
B.) A member posted an article link for discussion, so I read it and I discussed it... that's all I was trying to do.
C.) I made it very clear that although I DO believe in miracles, I simply felt this PARTICULAR claim in this PARTICULAR article seemed to have the hallmarks of a false claim.
D.) FINAL THOUGHT: When we want to rebut someone's post, it's usually best to rebut what they actually said, rather than all the things inside our own heads which they never talked about.

Well, if God created the Earth as we certainly all believe here, and has performed miracles in the past, and still exists, then there's just no place to start in arguing that "the age of miracles is over". Where did that term come from anyway? When was this age of miracles, I mean when did it begin? Was creation a miracle? Well, if it was, then it was the first one, and that certainly raises the question of what will happen after the lake of fire. If the whole planet is destroyed and we go to Heaven elsewhere in the galaxy, then I assume that the age of miracles following the first Miracale of creation will be over after that.
