The "Upgrade" has been going on, since it was Kicked off by God through Luther, Melancthon, and others about 500 years ago. after its gradual death under Catholic management.

Biblical TRUTHS, and understandings have been progressively added, line upon line, and precept ever since.

The last MAJOR "Season of refreshing" was in 1966 - 1978. It was popularly called "the Charismatic outpouring" which has changed the visible churches, whether they had anything to do with it or not.

When the season ended (as seasons of refreshing do), folks had TWO options: Try to keep the "outpouring going" (which was impossible), or re-integrate with the church groups they came out of, and take the message back into their denominations.

In my case I went back into the Assemblies of God Denominational system (which had been dead-set OPPOSED to the "Outpouring", and with many other Charismatics, altered the AG from the legalistic, Clothesline holy, "one strike and you're OUT" bunch it HAD been, to a more balanced Biblical system.
