Lol, not a very good diet! Why don't you try playing guitar and singing to earn people's pity so they'll make you meals?

The diet might not be as bad as you think. It’s really high on fiber, fairly low on fat, a little too high in sodium, high on complex carbohydrates, low on sugar (I don’t eat the dessert with my frozen dinner) except I drink a lot of milk. The diet is very high on protein (in part because of all the milk I drink and use with my shredded wheat).

I’ve been eating the same thing for so many years, I wouldn’t know what to ask you to cook. Maybe turkey, mashed potatoes, and dressing. And gravy.
