Hamburgers need to be cooked long enough. I don't like them raw. (Don't like my steak raw, either.)

steaks can be a tiiiiny bit pink right int he middle, but that is a very tiny bit

it is mostly because many who make it to avoid the pink cook it so long that it ends up dry :S
