Why was the country club abandonded? Sounds lovely. 20 years ago (or less) I would have worn my bikini (nothing tacky, heaven forfend) however these days I might wear something reserved avec a provocative perfume, flirted with the hoi polloi & financed my dental work...oh well lovely fantasy. Shhh. In the country club we only discuss the stock market (in the men's lounge) and sewing (in the ladies' lounge). In the dining room we only discuss our servants, and prep schools and private colleges our children will attend. And a few other things.
