As the kitchen director, I need to speak to the management about replacing the oven. It's not working as it should and is too small to meet our growing needs.

No one ever gets it right at the beginning. Practice makes better. They give us 45-90 days in new jobs so we can learn it.

they do?! last job I had I was expected to know everything after half a day

Oh well you can find places like that here but its basically illegal to expect that of new hires in the US. Businesses get away with it sure but mostly on undocumented jobs. Where I work I have 45 days. As long as I'm working I can't get fired for lack of skill.
