What the USA uses is feeth, does that mean one length of an adult foot ?

The metric system doesn't have an equivalent for feet and inches. A foot is 12 inches, and an inch is 2.54 centimeters.

huh,one foot is about 30 cm....

one inch, if I remember right, is the same as one "thumb" in Norway, but we never really use it apart from on TVs
