@DeanM I can try this one, at least something around 120 grams.
yes the drugs make create weight gain for me. And the doctors have an excuse for the bad health by just saying, "I told him to exercise."
According to my research, diet and exercise, 98% of those people gain the fat back, PLUS MOOOOOORE. It don't work. And, low and behold, the doctors say that fasting is what does that.

Its surprising how many carbs are in what one normally eats. 15 grams per slice of bread for instance. 8 carb choices a day is what my doctor wants for my diabetes. 15 grams is a carb choice. Check with your dr. on this as people are different and he might suggest a different dailey carb intake for you. And yes. If you dont stay with it you will regain the weight.

too much carbs is bad, but too much dietary fat is also bad... you can't be eating foods dense in oils becuase your body will store all that energy.

I got the device in mail today. It has 10 levels. 1-10. I put it on 10. 30 sec to each part of the body fat, unless I feel it tingle, then I move it.
It feels like sun burns after using it. The test will be running for 1 month. The test results will be in on June 5th, 2025.

Starting weight is 400.2 pounds. Circumference measured with butchers twine at 65 inches. The device says 15 minutes a day. But I have much area to cover so it takes little bit longer. The reason I do 30 seconds, is because I reading NCBI research papers, who said 1 minute. Sometimes it starts tingle before 30 seconds, at which point one is supposed move the device.

I reading that trauma can cause fat loss. I also found that vigorous massaging can cause fat loss. So what I discover is, it takes very little bit of injury to cause fat to empty out. Your fat cells are not destroyed, but they give up their contents. With the RF device it cause the same thing happening? What do you think about this idea? I don't think I am losing fat cells, but the cells are giving up their storage.

You got that right about high carbs.
The medical establishment falsely teaches that calories from any source are going to affect weight gain/ loss the same.
In my experiences most medical Drs are as dumb as a box of shipping peanuts when it comes to nutrition.
If that were not a sin, they should not claim to be health care pros.
MDs are likely responsible for more deaths than any cause the past few years since pushing their lastest greatest drugs.

>Listen, it might save a life.

I found that many people put on abdominal and hip fat when they eat grains. In agriculture, they fatten livestock quickly for market with grains. There are two books that I recommend for anyone who wants to learn more..... Wheat Belly, forgot the author's name and No grain, No Pain by Dr Peter Osborne. I recommend his materials. He has a YouTube channel if you learn by listening more than reading.

I'm sorry, but I can't take anything seriously that you say about nutrition and medicine. Not after that cyanide incident.

Glad to see you survived it though.

Have you ever bought it off of the store shelf? Sorry it's not in the snack cake section next to Little Debbie.
Have you ever had a neighbor offer you bamboo shoots and fail to mention that it requires preparation to reduce the toxin?

Here's a brief article off the top of my search.

8 Foods That Could Kill You (If You Eat Enough of Them)
Eat enough of these toxic fruits and vegetables, and you'll suffer the consequences.
By Jasmin Sun

We're not trying to say that the world is out to get you, but at times you might want to exercise caution. Each of these eight otherwise delicious and healthy fruits and vegetables have naturally occurring toxins that, while safe to ingest every so often (the body is pretty resilient that way), can definitely kill you depending on how, and how much of it you decide to eat. We've also done some quick math* to figure out how much you can eat before things get...lethal. Now go forth and satisfy that morbid curiosity:
Cherries, Apricots, Plums, Peaches: Cyanide
Don't freak out if you accidentally swallow a cherry pit—they're rarely poisonous when eaten whole—but whatever you do, don't eat a broken pit. Because aside from tasting really bitter and generally being impossible to chew, the stones of certain stone fruits, like cherries, apricots, plums and peaches, contain cyanogenic compounds—science talk for "stuff that your body can turn into cyanide." So, how many cherry pits is a lethal amount of cherry pits? After some quick Googling, we found that hydrogen cyanide is lethal at about 1.52 milligrams per kilogram, meaning that it takes little more than 0.1 grams (a dime weighs about one gram) of the toxin to dispatch a 150-pound human. A single cherry yields roughly 0.17 grams of lethal cyanide per gram of seed, so depending on the size of the kernel, ingesting just one or two freshly crushed pits can lead to death.

I've studied under a top herbalist and wild edible expert who raised 4 healthy children on wild edibles.
I made a mistake on trusting a source next door without doing the homework.
However, I have done untold thousands of hours of homework on nutrition and natural health.
How many hours of classes have you taken from renowned nutritionists?
Tell me where I'm off about my previous post on carbs lynx.
I'm waiting.

Has anyone heard anything about that new weight loss pill called Ozempic?
yes, it works by manipulating your hormones so does Wygovy, it's super expensive and the long term side effects are unknown.
dude.. just eat less. There were no fat people in concentration camps in WW2 and no excess skin even. Autophagy ate the dead excess skin. Of course I'm being radical but making a point.

all you need to survive is some water and some vitamins and minerals for heart function for a long long time. I did a 3 day fast lately, after the 2nd day I was not even hungry anymore.

Has anyone heard anything about that new weight loss pill called Ozempic?
I wrote a thread about Ozempic, I believe in the Miscellaneous Forum, a while back.

I'm no expert but would hope anyone considering it would do an immense amount of research first. It's extremely expensive, is pretty much permanent because patients are known to gain all the weight back and even more if or when they have to stop taking it, and medical science doesn't have a firm grasp on all the side effects.

There have been numerous cases of permanent stomach paralysis (as it slows down the rate your body absorbs food,) and in some cases, people's stomachs have stopped working altogether, leaving the food to just rot inside the body without moving. Some people have had to have parts of their stomachs removed.

From what I've read, the original purpose of such drugs was for diabetics. I have a friend who has a family member who was put on Ozempic specifically for diabetes, not weight loss -- so the drug was being used specifically for what it was intended, and not an "off label" purpose like weight loss.

My friend's relative has lost almost all of their vision, and it has not returned, even though the Ozempic was discontinued months ago. The family has tried taking this person to specialists across the state, and they have tried to say the blindness isn't from the Ozempic. But an ER nurse took my friend aside and said they are seeing all kinds of symptoms every day, and can't be sure if it's tied to these drugs or not.

There are internet articles saying that in the case of people with diabetes, who are already at risk for vision problems, people have indeed gone blind after going on Ozempic. They don't know if the Ozempic causes the blindness by itself, or if it speeds up/exacerbates the vision issues some people may be more susceptible to.

Someone suggested Ozempic for one of my family members and I said no way, not if I can help it.

I'm not against trying things with a long history of some proof of efficacy and safety -- but these GL-P1 drugs don't seem to have either.

This is just my own opinion after doing my own research, however, and it might very well work for others if they can afford it.

What you’re describing about the RF device matches how some fat reduction methods work. The heat can cause fat cells to release their stored fat without destroying the cells themselves. The tingling and sunburn-like feeling is likely from the heat and increased blood flow. It’s important to follow the instructions carefully and avoid overusing the device to prevent skin damage. Combining this with a healthy diet and exercise will help achieve better results. If you want extra support, consider consulting a weight loss clinic in Marietta. Keep tracking your progress and good luck with your test!

Because of that research report I plan on trying it again. It is little bit irritation to use it because of electric shock coming from it.
I have also been drinking green tea, and started an oregano consumption. I found research on green tea at ncbi and it does work for people, when it's done right way.

I know two people who have been taking it . My elderly aunty because she was pre diabetic and very overweight but not what I would call obese , she's now very slim after loosing about four stone quite quickly . She's very happy and proud as she has been overweight most of her adult life .
My step sister , one year older than me , divorced and looking for romance . She has lost just over 3 stones in a few months . She bought hers privately as she was not over weight enough to get it from a doctor . She has lost quite a bit of hair but other than that she's fine and happy she did it .
I'm about one stone ( 14lbs ) overweight , I'd love to loose it but , I like food 😞 I'm very active considering all my ailments and pain so I don't think I could increase my excerise without making myself ill . So I shall just stay as I am I think .
Vulnerable people with addictive personalities could end up in a lot of trouble with this drug 😬 . I think it needed to b tightly regulated but it seems too late for that now , the general public r once again being used as guinea pigs I fear .

How’s the diet and exercise program going?
Cutting out the refined sugars seems to have made huge improvement over the course of 3 weeks. I have also been consuming green tea, as if it's kool aid, making 1 gallon pictures of it. There has been some refined sugar, such as 200 calories sugar sodas, 1 per day. But I have noticed my ring slips on and off very easy now, not much resistance anymore. Today I had too much junk, but I will be back on track tomorrow. And tomorrow I will step on the scale and see if this thing is true. I think I crashed today because I ran out of money and was forced to do some food fasting.

But if it's true on the scale tomorrow, then all I need do is stop with the refined sugars. And list keeping it down 300 calories or lower per day, which was recommended.

I read a research paper on green tea and this things does work, but it must be consumed correctly. It must have the caffeine in it, but you can't have too much caffeine. Too much caffeine and no effect on fat oxidation. Only the caffeine from the tea, and then 16% fat oxidation. And then you must drink enough of it, it will not help if all your drinking is just 1 cup a day. I been making 1 gallon pictures and drinking it like koolaid.

They said green tea can increase it as much as 20%.

The Japanese do not eat the refined sugar because of their fat conscious, and they drink the green tea, high grade green tea. And alcohol too, but I don't drink.
