That can't be what you meant, so it must be a typo. But now I'm curious what you meant to say.

The main point is Lev text only speaks of cutting and marking on the outside of skin for the dead.

What you said first was Leviticus came 200 years before Leviticus, which would only make sense if a time machine was involved. =^.^=
