but combine it with the slimming world thing. Today I've had a packet of baked walkers crips, a jelly snake, a chocolate rice krispies bar, pitta bread,spag bol, and a handful of grapes. So not exactly snacked. But gonna cut the crisps, jelly snake and rice krispies bar out tomorrow and swap it for some snack a jacks or something (theyre v low fat and quite low calorie)
